Commentaires : Overall, I would recommend Pollfish, as a user, since I can earn some extra money just by answering surveys in my spare time. Large surveys are rare, but from time to time they are available and pay well.

Avantages :

The thing I like the most about Pollfish, as a user, is its ease of use.I like its layout and the navigability between the questions.

Inconvénients :

What I like the least about Pollfish is the low monetisation of the surveys.Sometimes there are large surveys that pay well, but most of the times the surveys are short and low paid.

Commentaires : We're very happy with Pollfish for our customer polls. We run abou 4 - 8 polls every month, and we haven't had any issues at all so far. The polls function well even when there's lots of people submitting them at the same time. And the templates, native integrations, and the automated reports are also great additions. If I had to choose again, I'd 100% go for Pollfish.

Avantages :

Pollfish is probably the single easiest software I've ever used. The drag and drop builder is great itself, but the template library also has anything we every need, so you rarely have to design anything from scratch. The templates are also designed very well, we usually pick one, do a couple edits, and deploy. The whole thing takes less than 10 minutes.

Inconvénients :

It would be good to have te reporting features improved a bit more, with better automated insights, embeddable charts, etc.

Avantages :

I like that their surveys are interesting, and sometimes quite hilarious. I am kicked off far less on Pollfish than on other survey sites, I would attest this to the fact that they actually take the time to match you up with the proper surveys.

Inconvénients :

I do not like the same repetitive intro to their polls and surveys, they ask the same few each time. Overall, it is not that bad though.

Avantages :

Much of its responsiveness appeals to me. It is completely automated. Technically, it is of good quality. I enjoy the video and audio presentations for the items and services to be surveyed. I also use Pollfish to fill out questionnaires. It's simple, enjoyable, and a wonderful way to spend some time online, plus I get to express my thoughts.

Inconvénients :

For me, I do not dislike anything in Pollfish. It is good however there are times where it is difficult to use in phones.

Commentaires : Pollfish did the job right, correctly, precisely, overall expensive but you get what you wanted.

Avantages :

The platform by itself provides the features of collecting survey responses in a quite systematic way, with filters that can target your audience, geographically, by age group and other filters. This was an amazing contribution to my research as it enabled that we collect this data quite fast.

Inconvénients :

The costs of the platform was quite high, as for example if you would like to produce representative data according to a country specially if it is a country in the far east you would have to pay 5K plus in usd$, but that sometimes does the work.
