Breeze

Great product and excellent customer service - WIN!

Commentaires : We are able to track our members and visitors with ease. The calendar feature allows us to track attendance, volunteers, and works well with our website, and other media. The online giving has made data entry so much easier! I highly recommend this product. I worked with another company for over 10 years, and thought they were the best. Breeze changed my mind. They by far have been the best solution for our church software needs.

Avantages :

The software is easy to use for both staff, and church members. It has features that allow us to work with other software programs we already use. The online giving portion is my favorite! It was an easy transition from our old church software and from our online giving software. The support team has helped me figure out creative ways to use the software, and they always respond quickly to my requests.

Inconvénients :

I wish it had church financials built in.

Easy breezey - You can’t beat it!

Commentaires : We love breeze! It really is super easy. And probably my favorite part is the costumer service. I’ve worked with a lot of program and companies, and breeze support is by far the best. Super helpful and even recorded videos of exactly how do what I had asked. We’ve been able to use it as a tool to improve ministry rather than fighting against it or struggling to learn it like other platforms.

Avantages :

Easy to reach new people. Easy checkin for kids. Easy tracking attendance. Easy mass emails. Easy to record tithes. Super easy to give online. Amazing customer service. All the features you need!

Inconvénients :

The volunteer system was a little hard. And when we had multiple services, it could not sort out those who already served.

Not the Breeze marketing makes it out to be

Commentaires : Not good. Breeze has great marketing, they make it out to be this great program, that it is not. It is very basic, not a lot of bells and whistles. If you are looking for just a database for your people w/ a directory, it's fine and a good value. It has a few perks to that and a bonus volunteer scheduling system. But there are far better systems out there that help to really run a church well, Breeze does not. Customer service isn't very knowledgeable (though friendly). Even after their big upgrade, it's still extremely slow and frustrating to use. Breeze is inexpensive and it shows. Breeze fees are average for CC and ACH giving. However, with a church that has about 250k coming in through CC and ACH, we saved more than enough money in giving fees to pay for switching to a better, more expensive system.

Avantages :

Not a fan of Breeze on any level. Nothing I can say I really liked "most" as we just don't like the system.

Inconvénients :

Slow!! Even after their recent big upgrades to help with speeds. Keeps changing where things are found. Our congregation did not find it easy to use like they market it to be. Lots of complains about that, things don't make sense where they are located or how they work. Poorly designed, non-customizable app.

Breeze is a Breeze

Commentaires : Overall, I love Breeze. Not having to toggle through a million programs to get things done is great. The support has been amazing. Every representative of Breeze has been very nice. They make sure to let you know from the beginning that they are here to support you in all steps of the process. That has been true. Breeze has truly been a Breeze for us. Pulling reports has been easy. Training the leadership team has been easy. The ease of use makes this great for our needs. We realize that everyone is tech savvy so having a program that is easy to use is important to us.

Avantages :

I love that this software offers a lot of features at a low cost. This one program replaced 3 programs that we were using.

Inconvénients :

So far, I have not found any cons to the program. Everything has been great from onboarding to support from the Breeze team.

Breeze makes church management easy

Avantages :

Breeze has made our church management processes unified, powerful, and easily accessible among our staff and members. We love the customizable data and the flexibility to shape Breeze to fit our needs.

Inconvénients :

The area that Breeze suffers is the lack of features with forms and emails. Emails are difficult to format for viewing correctly. Forms are simplistic and need to further include multiple people and connect with others than just the individual completing the form especially when it comes to sign-ups for church events and family activities. There are workarounds, but it takes time to get things working well.
