Commentaires: Very good.

Avantages: There's a lot to like. But the three things we like most are flexibility, open API and App Exchange. First, is the flexibility to customize layouts, fields and reports to fit our workflows. Then there is the open API that allows us to share data, with just about anything. And finally, the App Exchange which allows us to add useful functionality without the cost of hiring a developer.

Inconvénients: All the flexibility and custom options comes at the price of being a rather complex system that needs a technical resource to properly setup, customize and maintain. And that can get expensive, quick. And the ACORD form field mappings are still a work in progress.

Avantages: TechCanary has completely changed the agency management system landscape. Finally there's a cost-effective customizable solution that works for any size commercial and/or personal lines agency.

Inconvénients: I've been using TechCanary for over a year and trust me, there's nothing not to like. Unlike an out-of-the-box system, if you don't like something - change it!

Lackluster. Disappointing and wouldn't recommend.

Avantages: The ability to customize the system on an open Salesforce platform sounded amazing. Analytic potential is unlimited which is phenomenal. The promise of less data entry to capitalize on more employee time for cross selling and consultation was very attractive.

Inconvénients: Oh, where to start? We've been in contract for over a year for migration. They finally migrated data last month but only partial data. Acord forms are lacking in ALL areas. 90% of the info does not populate. Only Acord 25"s allow for signature so all other documents have to be printed, signed & scanned like it's the year 1999. Auto ID Cards only allow the first auto to fill, not a solution for multi-vehicle & fleet policies. EOPI's only allow for 1 holder to populate. COI's only print or save pdf's one at a time. Not feasible for issuing multiple renewal COI's,. Their tech staff's solution is to "type over the information". WHAT? We haven't had downloads in over 45 days. Guess we just hope our direct bill accounts are in good standing & carriers are paying commissions correctly. They recommended a year ago to contract with Accounting Seed, Conga, Docusign and a few others. That was a waste of thousands of $"s as TechCanary has to be operational in order for the other systems to work. They have no implementation team. Tech Support and webinars are your training. Tech Support tries their best to train but there's no training schedule and the sessions are squeezed in between normal trouble shooting calls and their internal staffing issues. Basically if a Tech Support person is out sick or on vacation no other staff steps in to pick up the training. Running out of room to type more. We're looking for a new provider. This is not software as a solution...

User friendly interface and feature rich, which make it ideal for managing my agency.

Avantages: There are a lot of features built in, and it is very customizable to my specific agency needs. Customer service is extraordinary, with a rapid response and resolution. Create Acords with ease. Friendly to benefits as well as P&C.

Inconvénients: There are a couple of things I have on my "ideal" list that the developers are not yet able to integrate. Entering coverage information for policies is a bit cumbersome.
