Commentaires: Overall I like their platform. It simplifies the hire process and crates a sense of safety in case of an audit that all your employees were hired properly.

Avantages: We adopted this to make our hiring process more paperless, which it accomplished nicely. It allowed us to have online applications and then seamlessly hire the employee while making sure we adhear to all labor laws and compliance. We used to use the scheduler component of this as well, which was easy to use, but did not have as good of an integration with our POS software as we would have liked.

Inconvénients: Their integrations to other software needs work. We used to use their scheduler, which was a breeze to use, but it would not upload the schedules into our Aloha POS, so we could not use enforced punctuality. It also did not pull sales data to create labor projections that we could budget our labor off of like HotSchedules could. The integration with our payroll software was also lacking and not so much of an integration as a import/export process that does not get all the data required.
Also, when one of our integrations broke, the support team could not resolve the issue and eventually just turned it off, then there was the nightmare of convincing them it was not right to make us pay for an integration we no longer had. Eventually the financials were resolved, but to this day, the integration is dead.

Commentaires: It provided a solution for onboarding and applicant tracking. I would not use the product if you need a full HRIS all-in-one solution.

Avantages: The software provide a nice applicant tracking and onboarding platform. It integrated well with our job page and the common job search tools such as Indeed.

Inconvénients: Some of the modules were tricky to use and didn't integrate well. It does not offer a payroll platform.
