A fantastic tool for managing projects

Commentaires : The best approach to keep track of many projects' time and expenditures. Invoicing is also a breeze because to the platform's user-friendly interface. I can view all of my projects and team members in this platform, and we can all manage everything together. The Bigtime team's assistance is also a big plus in my book.

Avantages :

It's a piece of software that performs exactly what it's supposed to and does it well. The process of implementation was quite fair, and the accompanying customer service was excellent. Time tracking and the ability to divide it into other sections if necessary. For numerous projects, I've taken use of the platform's ability to develop custom reports, which have been useful.

Inconvénients :

BigTime doesn't always communicate to itself, so you have to dig a little further to find the answer you're looking for. In addition, I've used BigTime's "help" option and spoken with a live person who was able to diagnose my difficulties immediately away.

Avantages :

It performs a significant amount of the project management and time tracking tasks that we need. Support is always a quick chat away.

Inconvénients :

I wish we could see our billing rate schedule in one place rather than having to go through individual staff data tabs.

Powerful and easy to implement PSA software.

Commentaires : BigTime improves our project time tracking and cost estimates system, making it easy to record hours and properly estimate future projects. We've nearly removed the element of human error in our timekeeping and billing with BigTime, and we're very pleased to get more data into the system and use the usage dashboard more. However, we have now cut a week off our billing schedule, and the approval procedure for timesheets and invoices is MUCH quicker than previously. Managers remark that this is far less labor demanding than previously, saving everyone a significant amount of time.

Avantages :

BigTime is significantly easier to use than many other systems we've tried or evaluated; the UI is clear and intuitive, making it ideal for staff installation. Our reporting is considerably stronger than it was on our prior system, and we've already decreased our billing time by a week, and we're not even through yet. Billing is much more flexible, and it's fantastic that BigTime talks directly with Quickbooks. BigTime surpassed our expectations by meeting all of our criteria. We wanted a customized timetable. We could always obtain technical help, and software upgrades were quick and simple.

Inconvénients :

Some functions don't always operate properly; for example, BigTime won't let me send specific invoices, so I have to send them manually. I also wish there were billing-related project-specific dashboards so I could check budget and billing in one spot without having to switch between screens.

Commentaires : Overall this is for big company's with employees over 100 plus to time manage them but need a better system for invoicing.

Avantages :

I like that you are able to create your own engagements per client.

Inconvénients :

I least like the invoice part as it does not function how it is suppose too. There are to many steps for it to be integrated into QuickBooks.

BigTime is better than our Excel timesheet

Commentaires : Introducing BigTime completely revolutionized how we run our company. Our chat support session with [sensitive content hidden] this evening was quite productive. When our company's time tracking and billing systems were combined, it was a huge help.

Avantages :

The orientation procedure went really smoothly. We were given excellent assistance; even when we had queries in the period between sessions, the personnel responded quickly. The program is straightforward, and the mobile application is fantastic for our field staff.

Inconvénients :

Even though making adjustments to our invoicing system can be challenging at times, we've always received helpful responses from the staff that have allowed us to go forward with our plans.
