(or that was my experience) There is no complaint department - just the support line people who can ignore you if they so choose. The billing department was the same: promises of a callback that never came. > > Horrible\! I set up the CRM with minimal issues, but have been trying to get IDX on the website for the past seven business days. NO ONE will respond to an email or phone call. My board has been requesting additional information for the past three days, but I have received no response. Now, I'm just messaging them and asking if it will ever get set up, and if not, to let me know so I can move on to a different CRM. Crickets\! Nothing but Crickets\! (My board needed their address because what they sent wasn't legible.
