Avantages: InLogic allows us to combine multiple sources of data into one commission solution. Utilizing the built in functionality we remove the manual component of the calculation providing a sound solution to our end users. The sales reps have the ability to review, search and check what has been paid quickly and easily allowing us to find any potential errors in their payouts. To day ~95% of the errors found on commissions are due to errors on the sales rep side. By identifying these are are able to help drive the correct behaviors and provide an added benefit of improving the data integrity in our SF.com solution. Inlogic is always quick to help us adjust or modify any plans we need to make sure we are flexible and driving the correct payouts to ensure the reps are motivated. Currently it is estimated we have saved ~75% of the time to calculate commissions and with the constant upgrades from InLogic I could see this improving further. A portion of the time savings comes from the ability to export reports which provides us customization on the data sets we are using to ensure we have the correct checks and balances in place to manage the commission plan.

Inconvénients: User interface is currently somewhat rigid as InLogic begins to roll out new updates i dont see this being a problem. Any issues we have run into with the software they have been quick to provide an update that gives us a solution to simply and make the day to day use easier. We would like to see some future reporting on being able to check if there are outliers within our commission plans and see what is driving this.

Inlogic was the much needed answer to my compensation program needs.

Commentaires: It shortened my monthly from an entire month to basically a couple of days.

Avantages: This software is so easy to use and meets all of my needs for paying numerous agents commissions each month. This has made my life so much easier! The customer support is out of this world!

Inconvénients: I have no complaints with this software at all. It does everything I need it to do and is available when I need it.
