Candy Improvement
Commentaires : I have been using Candy since 2013 and have greatly enjoyed it. The support team is very helpful. Currently, I am leading a digital transformation at my company and am comparing the use of Candy versus CostX as a replacement for Excel. While I am not an expert in CostX, my internet research suggests that both software solutions have similar ratings. From my perspective, the main weakness of Candy is its poor integration with external software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel. Although I am emotionally inclined towards Candy, the rapid advancements in BIM technology highlight the need for improved integration capabilities in Candy.

Worksheets, flexibility generating customized reports, Macros, Speed, Minimum errors,
Inconvénients :
Subcontract Adjudicator should be more rich and flexible, should allow linking, should give more attention on preparing BOQ and top sheet,

I have been using ccs for many years, it is a user-friendly software, has simplified the estimating process for me
Avantages :
1. user friendly 2. one platform that covers all aspects of the construction industry, planning, estimating, job remodeling, forecast, QTO, subcontractor management. 3. Generates insightful reports that actually helps. 4. free webinars
Inconvénients :
1. Nothing that stands out, CCS has a lot of functions that I still need to explore but CCS also makes this easy with the free webinars.

Detailed estimates - comprehensive rate build-up structure in candy. Instant reports. QTO.
Inconvénients :
Cannot import sub-contracts claims, quantities must be typed/entered manually.
