Inventory Management
Avantages :
Templates are what I liked the most about Impress. It made your presentations easier to set up, and they ran smoothly while presentation took place.
Inconvénients :
Impress could be a bit glitchy at times.
I use the program daily. As far as the platform goes, I feel there is some great functionality.
Avantages :
I've used it for over 10 years for both production and sales. As a production tool, it's great and as a sales tool it's ok. I feel like there has to be better software out there that works for both production, sales and reporting.
Inconvénients :
Far to many limitations. Weird glitches and not the most user-friendly program. There are too many steps, too many clicks for even simple tasks. Reporting can sometimes be a nightmare and you don't always end up with the data you need. Customer service is not always helpful or courteous either.
I use this program for sales and inventory, useful but could use updating
Commentaires : The only benefit I can think of is having an inventory system that I can alert me when something is out of stock or just overall being able to send customer orders off to the next department.
Avantages :
Entering orders is simple, it's nice to keep notes and stats an all of your customers to keep everyone throughout the company informed. Inventory easy easy enough to add, edit and manage pricing. Inventory reports are detailed. You can run several different reports depending on the information you need.
Inconvénients :
This software can be a tricky labyrinth. There are too many places to go to get whatever it is you are looking for. The updates that they do have I feel are counterproductive and causes the program to freeze upon start up constantly. It needs to be simplified and updated- you should not have to ping pong around when you are looking up information or updating/adding inventory. I think it has potential but it definitely needs a lot of work.
This software is ok
Commentaires : We've been using Impress for almost 10 years now. Their software started off being good however with time we've been seeing a lack of improvements. To have this tailored for your company's fit will end up costing you a lot of money. Many software companies's improve their user-interface with time, however, Impress seems to be stuck in the 90's. This software's ideas have promise, however, the lack of updates keeps it in the Stone Ages.

If you have very specific needs for certain features, Impress will certainly help you create those.
Inconvénients :
With the said capabilities also comes a major con - they'll charge you to develop these features. The interface is very out-dated and overall doesn't offer much.
