Commentaires : They designed from scratch the ability for me to complete digital Notarial Certificates that are acceptable internationally and to our Department of Internal Affairs. They have now introduced digital signing to the Webforms precedent documents that is opening the way for more efficient completing of legal documents.

Avantages :

The user-friendly site that makes for simple digital signing of documents. The readily available Customer Support available if issues are experienced.

Inconvénients :

There are no features in the software that create problems for us.

Once the document is sent out, I can't take it back to modify. In order for me to modify it, I would have to delete the existing one and upload another one; This will cost me of having to for an extra document which I think it's unreasonable.The user interface is not very easy to deal with especially when trying to resize the fields or signature box - working on documents on a smaller laptop screen or tablet is not ideal in trying to resizing the field.

Avantages :

Great for anyone who needs to get up to three documents signed in any month. I'm a very small business and have only a few contracts that I need signed in any one month. Secured Signing is a great option. It's easy to use and works great every time.

Inconvénients :

It took a bit to get used to the process and interface. But once you get the hang of it, it's intuitive and makes sense.

Feature-rich digital signing

Avantages :

Able to use for both regular document signing and digital notary with video recording.

Inconvénients :

Setting up templates can be a bit cumbersome, but it gets easier the more you use it.

Getting Started with OnLine Signatures

Commentaires : Like the overall look and feel, great set of features, thorough documentation, and very responsive support folks even though I was using the free trial!

Avantages :

Ability to create a url that our customers could click on anytime to complete a Waiver and Release of Liability - required paperwork for every visitor riding or in same area as horses.

Inconvénients :

It would be useful to have a definition of terms, aka glossary. My idea of what a "document" is and theirs of "document count" is very different, so a detailed definition would have saved time. It's a little detail, but something that costed me extra time, revisions, and trials, in getting the form to do as required. The template editor has a funny undocumented behavior - even when the check boxes are set to be filled out by signer, the check marks get set/reset every time you select that field. So after selecting to check or change properties, I'd need to go back and select it again to turn off the checkmark.

Very easy to use. Step by step instructions. Good customer service.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing that I do not like about Secured Signing. Have yet to encounter a problem with using the product.

Pros and Cons of Secured Signing

Commentaires : The main problem this software solved was the need to quickly get approval from multiple players in a decision making process

Introducing new software to an organisation is always fraught with issues but Secured Signing was quickly adopted by our staff and volunteers

Quick and Easy to use

Avantages :

I liked the ability to add my own personal signature to my default settings in Secured Signing. This way the software would use my signature when needed to sign selected documents. I think this adds a more personal touch to document signing process. The signing of documents is a quick and easy process and takes just a few minutes.

Inconvénients :

I have yet to encounter any drawbacks in my use of electronic signatures.

Avantages :

Due to having very few documents to sign this is an excellent product. It is free to use up to 3 documents a month per user and for us this is amazing. If we were to need additional we would happily sign up for a paid version as it easy to use and does exactly what it needs to.

Inconvénients :

The dashboard could be slightly improved

Commentaires : Our relationship with Secured Signing came and the perfect time for our business with respect to providing our customers with a refined process for completing documentation, of which there was plenty! Our customers expressed frustration with the time it took to complete forms and our employees where equally frustrated with the administrative work associated with the process of screening, correcting, scanning and uploading forms. It's been over 5 years since we started working with the Secured Signing team and since then, the scope of products on offer has increased and has greatly benefited our business.

Avantages :

It's easy to use and offer flexibility in it's design, when it needs to be. As a business we want to report on performance and audit our process, which Secured Signing delivers to us.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing really that I do not like about the Secured Signing product.

Great Integration with RDB ProNet

Commentaires : We've found Secured Signing extremely straight forward to set up and very easy to use. It's been a valuable tool for registering candidates and clients plus it has a much more professional feel than our previous process.

Commentaires : Secured signing has delivered a product that fixes a significant bottleneck in our business and makes our company more efficient.

Avantages :

Full and seamless integration with our CRM software. Significant time saved over hard copy mailing. No more lost contracts in the post. Significantly more signed contracts received on time than by postal methods.

Inconvénients :

We end up paying for functionality that we won't ever use.

Great Product

Commentaires : Great investment, huge improvement in compliance with our onboarding process. Reduction in administration time. The introduction, training and onboarding that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] provided has been amazing, as well as the continued ongoing support when ever we have follow up queries.

Avantages :

The Integration with our CRM system is amazing. The feature where you can update your database fields is great. As well as the automatically filing to the database. The ease of use as a company, from the first contact, demo, integration to ongoing customer support.

Inconvénients :

Only downside is retrieving expired documents.

Great product

Commentaires : I'm an accountant and use the software to get my client's to sign documents. It saves both my clients and I time as well as saving trees - everyone ends up with a digitally signed copy of the document which can easily be forwarded to banks or wherever.

Avantages :

Simple and easy to use, good value for money compared to other similar products. Very good customer support via email.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any problems with the software

Sometimes I got an error that I cannot sign a document. My test document used 2 the same email addresses to sign. So, it was a user error maybe. I hope I got the real error message so that I will know.

Fast and Easy

Commentaires : Allowing client to sign online avoiding printing, scanning etc for the client.

Avantages :

The ease of use and giving clients a fast and reliable option to sign important documents.

Inconvénients :

Having to pay for each document uploaded not per document sent to a client. If the document has an error you need to upload and pay again before sending it.

Secured Signing Works for Me

Commentaires : I used it for signing rental contracts. It speeds things up and saves printing costs.

Avantages :

3 or less uses per month and it's free. I usually need 3 or less.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes I need more than 3 per month and then I have to pay under a new monthly plan. I'd like to pay once. No recurring charges.

Commentaires : Great. Easy to use. Good customer service. We got a training live video training session when we signed up.

Avantages :

This software is fantastic. The easy for our office and our clients is fantastic. The ability to have multiple people sign documents from different locations has been a game changer. We upload all our new entity documents are to this platform now. It has saved everyone so much time.

No cons for us so far. Everyone who has used it is happy.

Avantages :

Very cost-effective solution for digital signing.

Inconvénients :

Allow changing the 'From' email to clients as currently its fixed with my name rather than my company name. That the client gets offered to download the unfinished multiple signature document before the final signing is done. Doesn't respect the form fields order that was created in Adobe so I can Tab to the next logical field, its jumps around the document so need to use the mouse to select the next field.

Avantages :

The software is relatively simple to use, and worked well, combining documents was a breeze. My clients like that it is secure , but also only a few clicks for them. Loving it so far!

Inconvénients :

No Comments to make at this time. Still getting familiar with everything.

Secured Signing Does the Trick
