D'une bonne qualité pratique et exceptionnelle, ce logiciel permet la gestion des patients, la gestion clinique, il permet également de gérer les dossiers patients informatisés et télémedecine.
Inconvénients :
C'est un logiciel qui ne donne aucun problème à signaler.
User Friendly Patient scheduling system
Commentaires : Very satisfied and I'm thinking of using this one as long as i want

It's very convenient and easy to use. What I like about is it HIPAA Certified. We want to make sure that everything is safe and secure within our system.

Pretty much, nothing. I love everythign about it.

Commentaires : Overall the experience was all right. I have used better emr systems, but I have also used worse ones.
Avantages :
I liked the calendar. It made finding patients and daily appointments easy. I also enjoyed that you could filter it by location or provider to get the most use out of it.
Inconvénients :
I disliked that it did not integrate easily with some of the products that we used and we had to upload somethings by hand.
Great EMR for small clinics
Commentaires : As a small practice, CharmHealth has been pivotal in our success as setting it up was fast and easy. Customer service is prompt and has solved my problem 100% of the time. They don't rip off or make you pay for unnecessary bells and whistles.
Avantages :
CharmHealth was very easy to set up and get started in terms of cost and customization. You can change things as you go and add on features the need arises. You don't need to pay for things you don't need. Customer service is easy to reach and responsive. Calendar and payment are built in, so you don't need different contracts/payments or programs to set up with and interface.
Inconvénients :
I wish the note was more customizable and labs autopopulated. I would love to use dot phrases because they are much faster than setting up then clicking through to get the right template. I wish I could design tables/flowsheets (ie to compare DXA over the years) that I could pull into the note.
Sears Family Pediatrics
Commentaires : I have been very pleased. The system has never been down. I always have access to reports and up to date billing records. The patients find the system easy to navigate and rarely do we have a patient complain they can't figure out how to get in the system.
Avantages :
The easy navigation of the entire system.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes I wish we could pick up the phone and call our billers. As they are outsourced to India we wait 24-48 hours for a response.

Great for small cash practices, not so great for busier practices
Commentaires : It is OK for clinics just starting out. Once you get beyond 2 patients an hour, it takes too long to chart and bill appropriately.
Avantages :
Great small all-around software that provides everything a small company needs. You can see a patient's financials from right within the chart, which is excellent. As well as their prior appointments. You can copy over phrases or entire notes from prior as well. e-scripts are easy, but do lack notifications. Scheduling is good. And, patient is able to book their appointments from your website.
Inconvénients :
Charting can be combersome. Our main issue is that the billing isn't robust enough. You have to use their system and their billers to get any benefit out of it.

Charm EHR for a naturopathic medical practice
Commentaires : Charm offers many features that other EHR programs do not not. The cost is low for getting started which has been extremely helpful for me. As I scale my practice, I have been able to add in features as needed (and when I can afford it).
Avantages :
I like the ease of customizability. The support team is very helpful.
Inconvénients :
The e-prescribe feature is a challenge for prescribing compounded formulas.
Charm user friendly
Commentaires : Overall, I am pleased with using Charm. Being able to access the support team whenever I have a need.

Charm is user friendly and the support staff has been great.

Knowing how to access all aspects of Charm. As a new user, It wasn't easy to navigate where to go to get help.

Affordable option
Avantages :
This is the most affordable option out there and really provides you the option to grow. If you are a new practice and don't need a lot of bells and whistles, then this is a great option. Fancier features cost more.
Inconvénients :
My main gripe was with the online booking. There was no way to customize menus or offer links for one service so the patient is presented with every service available for online booking in alphabetical order. No way to change the order unless you get creative with naming of services. There is also only one option for integrated payment processing which was not good for me, especially since that company took 6 months to respond to me about opening an account.

Review of CharmHealth from a solo practitioner
Commentaires : I really appreciate the online scheduling feature. As a solo practitioner (with no admin support staff), this has been an extremely helpful feature. My patients love it! It saves a lot of time for me and it encourages patients to schedule multiple appointments as they see the scheduling filling up. Thank you!
Avantages :
I really appreciate the availability of the support staff. I have used the online chat several times, and most of the time my question is answered in a few minutes. With more complex questions, I still get a response within a day or two. Thank you! I also really appreciate the ease of updating/personalizing my Charm account for online scheduling and appointment types.
Inconvénients :
I work with several compounding pharmacies and it is extremely difficult to write a prescription for a compounded prescription through Charm. Several of the standard pharmacies in our community do not like the way that the fax or e-prescribe feature places the electronic signature - it is difficult for them to determine if it is signed "dispense as written," or if it is signed as "substitution permitted." When I started to use the e-prescribe feature last year, I received several phone calls wanting to verify prescriptions after I sent them through Charm. As a result, I am no longer using the e-prescribing feature and I am calling in my prescriptions or using a paper prescription pad. I like the options for customizing the templates. I would like it even more if there was a feature to "publish" the treatment plan before signing the full chart - sometimes a telemedicine patient needs the information quickly, and may not have time to wait until I finish my charting at the end of the day. I would also like it if the sections for typing chart notes took up more vertical space. For example, I can only see about 10 lines of text as I am taking notes, and it would be helpful if those spaces were expanded vertically. Perhaps the patient info at the top of the chart could be condensed to the left side so that the charting space could expand vertically.
Big issue with billing, very difficulty to get responds from the company.

Billing and customer service is a nightmare. I started using Charm Billing back to October 2020. I got a zoom training for about an hour or two, during the training, there was one or two insurance was put into the system. After that, I was told to do it myself. However, I could not login for a long time. Finally, I had to set up another login in order to get into the right place. Until March 2021, I finally was told that the first ERA from the first enrolled insurance company would sync data with CharmEHR. It has been 5 months for one thing to work. Even today, April 1, 2021, I still not get ERA for every insurance enrolled. I has been contacting optum and Charm for discount for the time that billing not totally function. So far, Optum told me it is Charm's issue, and Charm just not respond to this request at all!! When I contacted customer service for anyone who can handle this case, the only thing I got was "sorry", and then no more after, the chat was terminated. Not accurate patient's due and reports No emergency help! For customer service, yes, you can email or chat with someone. For email, sometimes take a day or two to get a reply, sometimes take several days to get a reply, not reliable. One day, I found that it took forever to open Charm website on Chrome, but my assistant who use Safari seemed OK. So I switched to Safari for a couple of days. Speed was OK after switch, however, when I edit patient's info, when update phone number, not working. So I switched back
Excellent updated product
Commentaires : Excellent! Have been using it since 2016, and still in awe with how innovative they are when they upgrade aspects of the software.
Avantages :
It's far easier and more comprehensive to navigate than it's competitor products. The customer service and response time is superb (within minutes of hopping on to the chat on Charmehr.com with customer service). Links automatically with Fullscript and Wellevate. Excellent for Naturopathic, Integrative doctors, and acupuncturist style practices. Features can always be simplified optionally.
Inconvénients :
I wish I could take CC payments and info for the cancellation's and for appointment confirmation automatically.

Commentaires : Overall I am happy with the east of use and price to use this EHR system.
Avantages :
As a small business owner and medical provider I was able to set up and implement the use of Charm all by myself. I love the ease of building my own charting documentation, forms, questionnaires, consents, etc. I also appreciate that there are documents and forms already uploaded that I can use and adapt to my needs as well.
Inconvénients :
Getting it to connect to my website has not been possible.
Strong EHR (Charting) with Superior Patient Engagement Features
Avantages :
The software is remarkably intuitive. Very easy to navigate from patient setup, scheduler, charting and billing. Charting can be easily customized to your own needs which you can do yourself easily without assistance from "tech support". What really stands out with this EHR compared to others are the patient engagement features. The Patient Portal enables easy document sharing including questionnaires, capturing signoffs, requesting appointments, email/text reminders, chatting/texting directly with the provider, etc. They also have several different Apps for mobile devices, so it's easy to access and document (chart/bill/schedule). This is a great platform for any provider, but if your specialty/business is looking for a more direct engagement and connection with your patients, and not necessarily tied to an office location/network, Charm can provide these capabilities all in one fully integrated platform.
Inconvénients :
Only limitation I've noticed is related to case management and the ability to tie several encounters/visits and related documentation under one case. I believe this is a planned improvement. Technical support can be challenging to get on the phone.
An EHR system that will grow with you practice
Avantages :
I love that Charm EHR has designed the software with the focus of integrative/functional medical doctors in mind. The forms and questionnaire templates that have been shared by other practitioners has been helpful. The software is very easy to use. I especially love the inventory functionality which a lot for EHR's are missing. The pricing scheme is suitable for new offices and the add on features are great as the practice has grown. The support desk is also very helpful and replies in a timely manner.
Inconvénients :
I wished there was an ability for patients to fill out questionnaires when they are in the office without having to sign into their account. Many patients do not remember their password without their computer. It is hard to expect all patients to fill out their questionnaires before they get to the office.
1990s style is not ChARMing at all
Avantages :
It appears to have all the features required.
Inconvénients :
System is 4 panes arranged horizontally with no way to resize. Messages are displayed in the right-most pane, but on a tablet or phone that pane is squished so you only see a couple characters per line. The website is Buggy, as customers were unable to read messages this week. ChARM isn't responsive to customers, must have authorized contact forward bug reports to ChARM to get them fixed. Also the system does not allow providers to adjust message limits - which is definitely needed during covid lockdowns. There are better solutions out there.

Commentaires : Overall, I have been pleased with CharmHealth. I have had to create my own reports, 3-4 in order to generate the data that I need. However, the team is always helpful and the RCM team is the best team we have ever used in Revenue Management.
Avantages :
CharmHealth is an easy to use and adaptable EMR for any practice. It is user friendly and produces reports that allow Practice Admin view the operational success of the practice.
Inconvénients :
Data reporting capabilities, Interaction with patients with Data, Text messaging limitations, ability to custom create more unique practice templates outside of dropdown options etc.
Charm EHR for Psychiatric Private Practice
Commentaires : Overall, I am very pleased and feel excited to start to use even more features that I am using right now. I would recommend Charm to anyone starting in private practice in psychiatry. I am very grateful I found Charm!
Avantages :
I have found Charm quite straightforward for writing notes and managing patients's charts. I moved to Charm from 11 years of paper charts and was certainly nervous to move to an electronic record. I heard from a colleague that Charm had fabulous customer support and that is what made me give it a try. I absolutely can say that I have gotten excellent customer support from Charm. I feel that I still have a lot of functionality of Charm to understand better but what I am using right now meets my needs and I am sure that as I explore more of what Charm has to offer as an EMR my practice will get even more efficient. I went from being scared to start an EMR to excited to have one in 3 weeks with the excellent support. That is pretty awesome!
Inconvénients :
I really can't say yet what I don't like about Charm because I have not fully started working with all that charm offers. It's a little overwhelming to get started but I feel Charm support staff helped me through that.

Switched from Practice Fusion and Love this Full Feature EHR
Commentaires : We switched to Charm when Practice Fusion moved from their free model. Honestly, I like this software better. It is more customizable and has more included features. It runs fast, is always up, sends text appointment reminders for free and voice reminders for a low price. I probably trialed 20 EHR systems before deciding on this one, and for the features and price point, I couldn't beat it, particularly for a small practice with multiple part-time providers, where we really can't afford to pay high prices per month for provider. Charm charges you for the number of encounters your practice has, so it remains in line with your profits. We are a mental health practice, and while it's not geared specifically towards this, if you tweak the form templates just a little, it works just fine.
Avantages :
Very customizable, reasonably priced add on services, receipt printing and accounting, good email options, snotty to send patients custom forms with their initial appointment confirmation, easy repeating of medications/diagnoses/prior note, great price point.
Inconvénients :
Nothing really... Except that it's not going to help you very much with MIPS.
