Eventzilla

Eventzilla is a fantastic and simple Event Management platform

Commentaires : This is my and my team's first time planning an event on this scale. From day one, Eventzilla has been so straightforward and easy to use. The way the system functions is so logical that it has been easy to implement and learn. When we've had questions, their support team has been responsive and helped us to learn the platform better and maximize our value. Every time we have come with a feature need, we've discovered that they already have it and are 10 steps ahead of us. I'm really excited for us to host this event because how easy Eventzilla has made it!

Avantages :

Eventzilla is soooo easy to use, so logical and straightforward, easy to learn, has a great appearance, and is very responsive in helping with customer service. Their platform is also very functional and has had almost no bugs. I'm a big fan!

Inconvénients :

We've had almost no problems with Eventzilla. When there has been an issue like a text box not showing up the way we need to, we've been able to bring to to Eventzilla and they've responded quickly and efficiently to solve the problem. I don't have any other feedback for Eventzilla at this time.

Simple to Set Up and a Strong Tool for Virtual Event Registration

Commentaires : Overall, wonderful. We've used it for years for online event registration management.

Avantages :

Easy set up, intuitive interface Clear records to pull

Inconvénients :

A little more admin control for editing registrations would be nice. We have registrants whose tickets are booked by another person, and if that person does not set up the registration correctly, it is a little clunky for directing them to update it (when I can't do it as admin).

Avantages :

There are so many tools and customizations that are integrated into the platform that allow you to get as detailed as you'd like with your event. The platform is generally intuitive to figure out and super robust in its offerings. The pricing is also more reasonable than other platforms. You get more bang for your buck.

Inconvénients :

There is no phone number to call customer support. You have to email them. Sometimes if you're working on something that needs immediate attention, you want to speak with someone on the phone to get it resolved quickly. I found some of the attendee registration clunky and glitchy. I had several attendees that thought they regsitered but somehow their registration didn't go through. I wish the reporting and search functions were better so you could search by some of your form information without having to download a full list of attendees.

Great Ticket Platform!

Commentaires : I really like the easy process of building the lanidng page and the payment intergration with Stripe.

Avantages :

I loved how seamless it was to use and the UX and UI of the website.

Inconvénients :

There was not anything that I did not like about the product.

With Eventzilla, I am able to create virtual and hybrid events in one place.

Inconvénients :

Event ticketing was daunting but the vendor offered free support.
