I was able to transfer my payroll info into Patriot quickly and efficiently using their help pages. The price for the payroll software is affordable for clients like myself who are solo practitioners. > > **Inconvénients**: There is a learning curve to using software like this, but that is to be expected. Their help pages are easy to follow and the videos that demonstrate the steps are a great added touch. Reminder emails about approving payroll would be helpful. > > Overall, my experience with Patriot Payroll has been great. I appreciate quality software that is user friendly and easy on the budget\! ----- ### "Patriot Payroll is Awesome\!" — 5.0/5 > **Diana** | *12 février 2026* | Construction | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Customer Support is incredible\! Very easy to use and understand. It is not extremely costly. Compliance and tax handling is on point. Patriot Payroll has easy to read payroll reports. > > **Inconvénients**: I can't say I have any dislikes with Patriot Payroll. They just about cover everything efficiently and securely. > > My overall experience with Patriot Payroll has been positive. They have been very responsive and professional with any questions and problems I have encountered. ----- ### "A Great Company with Hopefully Temporary Limitations" — 3.0/5 > **Michele** | *14 février 2025* | Édition | Taux de recommandation : 5.0/10 > > **Avantages**: First, I want to clarify that this is NOT a negative review. After using QuickBooks for over 20 years, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Patriot Accounting offered everything my small business needed: exceptional customer service, reasonable pricing, and an attractive, intuitive online platform. > > **Inconvénients**: The software has two major limitations for a service business. First, it cannot accept deposits or progress payments for a job; payments can only be made against an existing invoice. While this might not be a problem for some, it created significant issues for me. Once a payment is applied to an invoice, the invoice is "locked" and cannot be modified. This restriction becomes problematic when a customer wants to add or remove a service from their project, or if I want to apply a discount for any reason. The workaround suggested by Patriot—using a journal entry to receive payments (to a bank account but not directly to a customer) and later deleting this journal entry to apply the payment to an invoice created at the end of the job—is completely impractical. The payment and the final invoice would often occur in different years and accounts receivable reports would become meaningless. > > As I said, the customer experience was great. I was disappointed to have to move on. These limitations may not impact other businesses, and I would gladly return to Patriot Accounting if these issues are addressed. They truly are good people. ----- ### "Best Payroll Software" — 5.0/5 > **Cheryl** | *27 février 2026* | Assurance | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The excellent customer support as well as the ease of use of the product. Live customer support is always easily reached with almost no wait times\! > > **Inconvénients**: I would like more instructions for those of us with small businesses that simply indicates the tax report(s) we will need to pull and provide our CPA’s for tax deductions. > > Fantastic\! I have used a competing and larger Payroll software company in the past and it could not compete with the customer service and ease of use of the product with Patriot. ----- ### "Best in the Business—Highly Recommend" — 5.0/5 > **Sandra** | *27 mars 2026* | Comptabilité | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The value and the ease of use. Quick response from customer service. The new client and referral discounts are a wonderful bonus. I love the reporting features. > > **Inconvénients**: The requirement to process payroll four days ahead of time is a little inconvenient but I do know there is an option to prefund. > > I am an accountant and I have worked with multiple payroll companies. I absolutely love Patriot Payroll. It is user friendly; the price is more than competitive, and the startup discount and referral rewards are great. The reporting features and customer service are top notch. There is a requirement to run payroll four business days ahead of time but there is also an option to prefund payroll to shorten that process time. I have no complaints about Patriot and will continue to recommend them to all my clients. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Données structurées
