Commentaires : Mon expérience globale d'utilisation a été intéressante. Il m'a fallu peu de temps pour définir mes préférences. Dayforce est facilement personnalisable pour répondre à nos besoins et requêtes .
Avantages :
Dayforce HCM est assez facile à utiliser. Le système a beaucoup de flexibilité et de fonctionnalités
Inconvénients :
Chaque module que nous a un coût spécifique et il y a parfois des problèmes de bugs

All in one platform, compliance is at the forefront. Helps with audits and being able to find and track employees from start to finish.

Some features like HR Import having mandatory fields, some features like remote workers and their tax state are hard to control

Commentaires : I have used Dayforce for over five years and participated in many intensive integration projects. I learned from each project, and I find Dayforce HCM easy to navigate.
Avantages :
Dayforce HCM has all HR, benefits, WFM, report, and payroll in one place and is easy to navigate once you understand the system. The Dayforce support team is excellent, and they are always ready to assist you whenever you need help.
Inconvénients :
The Dayforce HCM has greatly improved its Reports and Analytics functions, but I would appreciate having more report specialists to support the reports.
Dayforce is okay
Commentaires : Like I said, it got the job done, but it wasn't my favorite platform.
Avantages :
This platform did what it needed to do, and it was nice to have an all-in-one platform for hiring, payroll changes, and time clocks.
Inconvénients :
This platform wasn't precisely the most organized. It wasn't too difficult to navigate, but everything was everywhere.

Dayforce Provides An Innovative All-In-One Solution
Commentaires : I have been using Dayforce for almost 10 years. We still don't use all the modules (even though I would like to) but I hope we get there in the next few years. The features we currently use have positively impacted our efficiency and accountability. I greatly enjoyed attending the Insights conferences for several years and look forward to the new Discover Dayforce event this year. The FIT sessions, demonstrations, product updates, and opportunities to meet one-on-one with customer support reps are extremely valuable.
Avantages :
Everything is in one place and they are constantly innovating by adding or updating features to manage the changing needs of employers and the workforce. I feel comfortable with their efforts to ensure the highest levels of compliance.
Inconvénients :
Like every application there are little quirks and malfunctions from time to time. I have found Dayforce support to be helpful in these cases. Also, since it is such a robust system it can take a while to learn your way around, but the community and support portal provide needed resources.
Great HR/Payroll System
Commentaires : Overall is a great system. Employees find it easy to use.

It's an all in one HR/payroll system. We can customize modules and forms.
Inconvénients :
The amount of information can be overwhelming sometimes. For example, there are so many reports but creating one from scratch and making sure the information populates or is available can be challenging.
Easiest platform to use to manage employment documentation
Commentaires : It has been great so far for part time jobs to manage schedules and payment information. The days of having paper documentation and clock in/out are gone.
Avantages :
Seamless platform to manage employment information. Easy to access and update schedule, tax forms and payment information. Shifts management in part time jobs is also a plus as you can easily switch with colleagues.
Inconvénients :
Clock in and out option should be more easy to access as it is actually hidden inside the settings and not as a quick access button.

It is very user friendly and the community guides you through areas that you need a refresher on.

I think the reporting section, needs a little work and running reports can be hard.

Great program for employee self serve
Avantages :
Great program for a large company, focused on easy accessible programs and employee self serve functions! My group feels empowered and capable, and know that I am there to support them in case the need it!
Inconvénients :
I personally would like to see more online training videos for myself as the HR person and some available for employees as well.

Good HCM Platform Overall
Commentaires : I had never used Dayforce as an end user prior to taking my current role as the Dayforce Administrator and there have definitely been more "good days" than "bad" with implementing and learning the entire platform.
Avantages :
Dayforce is a robust system overall. I have only been using as an administrator for seven months and was able to quickly learn and become an SME is many different areas across the platform.
Inconvénients :
WE have 5 separate business entities all under our one Dayforce platform and there are many config settings that are global, which creates issues for us when trying to customize to each entity.

Why choose Dayforce?
Commentaires : Overall, Dayforce has been able to meet our needs and our support team is always available when questions come up. Our TAM has made the transition to Dayforce as well as our day to day issues n opportunity to learn and resolve instead of pain points that frustrate us.
Avantages :
Dayforce is as close to one stop shopping as we could find and still be able to meet our needs. Having so much data in one spot allows for powerful reporting.
Inconvénients :
If Dayforce had an internal ability to electronically sign documents it would be so much easier to set up and maintain onboarding documents.

Commentaires : Generally positive. It's niche for certain industries, US or Canada are great.
Avantages :
Effective and customizable US timetracking, labor cost features, balance tracking, and payroll processing.
Inconvénients :
Recruiting/Candidate functions are clunky and not fully integrated in a meaningful way. Forms/workflows require a lot of expertise and trial/error. Majority countries in APAC are not 'native' payroll engines, so there's a lot of rules and parameters, not a lot of flexibility or automation without some out-of-system workarounds.

Dayforce has all the solutions you need to manage your workforce and keep them engaged. From the core services such as payroll and benefits, to a slew of talent modules to help with recruiting, onboarding, and much more.
Inconvénients :
Dayforce can be very technical if you want to keep things customized to your company. So having someone on the technical side in your company, managing and maintain configurations may be needed.
Dayforce Review
Avantages :
Dayforce has many great features. The HUB is a great new additional in the last 2 years. It provides a great place to house important information easily. Onboarding is really nice and streamlined. It is easy to navigate and set up. If you have the Onboarding HUB, visibly it provides a new start to the candidate experience. I have worked with the Performance and Compensation module the last 3 years and it has a lot of neat functionality and pretty easy to navigate.
Inconvénients :
Dayforce is very technical. It is nice to know you can build customize forms but not coming from an IT background, trying to learn SQL has been a challenge. There are a lot of nice reports but it is very challenging to set up certain reports utilizing custom fields. Dayforce is constantly enhancing their products but continually to have to pay for each new enhancement the majority of the time is challenging especially coming from a Non-Profit world when we already utilize most of the system.

Commentaires : Overall I was very satisfied with the experience I had with dayforce.
Avantages :
What I liked most is the easy way it kept track of my work hours and when combined with day force daily pay, I always had access to funds if I really needed to.
Inconvénients :
When dayforce has system updates, you typically are unable to day anything on the program usually for a few hours.
Top HRCM System
Commentaires : Happy customer. Once you learn how to use the system the things you can do are endless. Custom reporting and form workflows has been a big help this year.
Avantages :
Workflows and HR management system is one of the best I've used.

Support can take a bit of time. Experience level of reps varies widely.

I dislike the way our system was built from implementation. It's basically a spiderweb behind the scenes.
Frustration & Disappointment

I cannot think of a single thing that I like about Dayforce.
Inconvénients :
Throughout our implementation process, persistent issues plagued our experience with Dayforce. Right from the start, we faced issues with faulty system configuration, including confidential data being accessible to lower level employees. We have been told by support personnel at Dayforce that our system is improperly configured. Our implementation manager failed to address concerns adequately and failed to conclude the professional relationship officially. Instead, we were left with a slew of unresolved issues and unanswered inquiries. Despite scheduled follow-up meetings, these sessions were repeatedly abandoned by the manager. Frustratingly, after weeks of unanswered emails and our futile attempts at problem-solving, we were told from our implementation manager that she had to get permission to charge more billable hours to us, and that was why she hadn't communicated with us in several weeks. Seven months post-implementation, our file feeds for benefits remain incomplete. Despite our immediate request following implementation, this crucial aspect of our system has yet to be fully operational. The persistent issues we face significantly hamper our productivity, particularly concerning our convoluted payroll setup. The payroll segment of Dayforce has demonstrated a lack of accountability, particularly evident in their response to our 401(k) compliance challenges, where they offered no satisfactory solutions and essentially shrugged off their responsibilities. We have given Dayforce several opportunities to rectify their errors, despite our profoundly disappointing experience. Even external stakeholders collaborating with us have expressed sheer astonishment at the abysmal quality of the system, citing unprecedented dissatisfaction in their professional interactions with other clients. Dayforce's performance has been deeply unsatisfactory, characterized by consistent lapses in competence and professionalism, leaving our organization in a state of perpetual frustration and disappointment as we face unresolved issues that directly impact our functionality and productivity.
