Terribly problematic and cumbersome. It feels like we are beta testers!!
Avantages :
If it worked like we were told, it would be great. We installed it with high hopes of enjoying our experience investment. The only good thing is that their customer service people are friendly and trying to help, but there are core flaws in the software and the poor service people get frustrated
Inconvénients :
It has non-stop issues and it's been over a year they have been working on it. It randomly adds or deletes line items when posting. It misses scheduled items and so we miss jobs. We just are always not relaxed using it because it is unpredictable.

Commentaires : This software is like have it extra 5 people in the office, it is thinking of you, I didn't recognize how many things I did wrong at our office or we were missing, this software it is thinking for you and will organize the whole office more official.

Don't waste your time
Commentaires : The sales team was very good at showing us a working system and all of the advantages to using Service Pro, so we were excited to use it. After an extended implementation period, we finally went live and it was one problem after another. The response from MSI was non-existent and with all the problems, we decided to stop using it. What a complete waste of time and money.
Avantages :
Nothing - couldn't get it to work and finally gave up.
Inconvénients :
Clumsy interface, mobile application seldom worked, heavy web service integration with Netsuite (the amount of data being constantly pulled from our ERP was astonishing).

Commentaires : Works well with our HVAC business defiantly my go to software. Use for various operations.

When it works it's fine and it serves it purpose but it unimaginably riddled with problems which take way too long to fix

There is always problems usually requiring data or program fixes which takes months to fix
Buyer Beware
Commentaires : Slick sales routine as always. Very responsive implementation support. Consultant was great. Uncompromising and unresponsive management team when things went sideways. Our ERP provider was very accommodating in winding up our contract, even though not legally bound to do so. MSI, on the other hand, refused us even the smallest goodwill concession, so we're paying full price for years to come for just one very unimpressive feature of a software solution we will never use.
Avantages :
Nothing at all about the software, which was more of a necessity than a desire due to a functional gap in the host ERP system. However, the implementation support was exceptional.
Inconvénients :
It didn't support some of the basic features of the ERP system we wanted to integrate with. We needed to use only one feature of those available and that was tortuous enough, with constant sync'ing with the ERP to fake "integration". This was never never going to fly. Very expensive all or nothing solution.

The web portal is very useful to have a quick glance at the current situation.
Inconvénients :
I was disappointed when we transferred from the initial Sales Rep to the Project Manager. The Project Manager did not seem familiar with the product.

Commentaires : Works efficiently but has over heating issues. Capable of executing my requirements with ease. Overall happy with the product.
