Commentaires : It's a great program with the proper training.

Avantages :

I love the work order process. Owners see what is done, when its done, etc.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it's a little wonky. The filtering/sorting can be hard to figure out.

Commentaires : Our overall experience with Asset Essentials has been wonderful. The team at Brightly has always been helpful when I've called with a question, or needed help with a feature. They've never left us hanging!

Avantages :

Asset Essentials has revolutionized how we track maintenance in our facility. It has made record keeping and KPI tracking in our facility so much easier.

Inconvénients :

The mobile app has been a consistent pain point with Asset Essentials since we implemented in 2020. Our users have had zero issues or complaints about the website, but we have had constant reports of the mobile app not working. I wish there was a proper mobile website for Asset Essentials for us to send our team to when the app isn't working

Commentaires : Migrating to a new platform can initially be overwhelming especially when being familiar with a product that was used for a number of years and was fine- tuned to an organization's use. Overall, now that Asset Essentials is the work order system of the organization with staff utilizing the many features, it is appreciated for its efficiencies.

Avantages :

Asset Essentials continues to improve the ease of use and output of the data, proving to be an excellent resource for the organization and for the Facilities Management Managers and Staff.

Inconvénients :

Brightly continues to work with Clients' use and understanding of Asset Essentials and this is a process. Learning improved ways of working with a product can initially be awkward, but once users become more familiar and comfortable with the how it works, it becomes more automatic.

Issue with a new account

Commentaires : Before this change, everything worked correctly, and I loved the ease of use.

Avantages :

It is a straightforward program to use if it is setup correctly.

Inconvénients :

I changed companies and had to move everything to a new account. Not everything was changed, so it worked like before. When I stated this, it was not addressed.

We have been able to get some value from this product but it has taken a long time to implement.

Avantages :

This software has a lot of potential for us. The ability to track costs of repairs, parts, downtime, etc. could be really valuable. Having an accurate parts inventory will also be very nice when we get to that point. Keeping track of what work has been done on the different assets has been the best for us so far. Finally, having a parts list for each piece of equipment will be awesome.

Inconvénients :

It is not a very sleek or modern user interface. Also, there are abundant features that can provide great value but it takes a lot of clicks to access what I want. Sometimes it seems like there are too many steps to perform what I want to. One example would be PO's. I also wish it would allow me to customize more so I can avoid fields of information that I don't need.

Commentaires : Our overall experience has been positive. The Asset Essentials team is easy to reach and helpful in resolving any problems.

Avantages :

The ease of work order entry and the dispersion to the trades. Also, when I call for help, the person I reach spends as much time as necessary to answer all my questions.

Inconvénients :

Learning how to create different views for the work orders and batching work orders that need to be closed. We have single sign on for the users so we had to work with our IT department to make sure everyone was signed on and could access the program.

Great product to track work orders

Commentaires : This is our first work order software program. This has allowed our staff to do away with traditional "to-do" lists and share a program for all to access and use.

Avantages :

Being able to track my requested work. This allows me to plan and schedule projects around items needing to be addressed.

Inconvénients :

It would be nice to have a project management tool or another project management software interact with this.

The desktop web access works well. The preventative maintenance scheduler is excellent. Creating work orders is straight forward.

Minimally developed mobile app severely limits what I can do away from my desk.

i like not having to write on paper . Also like the options with material purchases and recording the information. just seems like it should have been this way for the last 25 years.

sometimes it runs REAL slow. Has not happened for awhile but when it happens its time to go home .

Commentaires : My experience is positive. I was able to place items on help desk that needed to get fixed and get help dispatched to areas needed.

Avantages :

I used this software to create and maintain help desk tickets for technology. It was easy to use and learn.

Inconvénients :

I had difficult getting a monthly list of tickets that needed to be completed. It was hard to navigate and find.

Commentaires : Overall I have a good experience using Asset Essentials. It is pretty easy to use. It has a lot of useful funcitons and I seem to discover new things periodically. I was very happy when our company decided to get this software it has cut back on my work.

Avantages :

Being able to enter work orders and not having to bog down email boxes with a bunch of emails. Everyone being able to view work orders and know the status

Inconvénients :

The help feature is not very clear or easy for most users. It seems to be geared more toward the highest administrators rather than the everyday user. A lot of times I cannot get my answers for help from there because it wants me to use functions I do not have access to and I have to call the help line.
