Feedback is accepted, but I don't feel like the actual product development team takes the feedback seriously. But you need a resource who is experienced in the product and can troubleshoot issues as they occur. This isn't a system that you simply turn on and forget about. Infios does provide support for issues, but without a strong internal initiative, the solution might take a long time.
