We also use some of the AI features for summaries and working with project information, which saves time in day-to-day work. Another nice feature is custom branding, so the application and customer-facing communication can match our own company brand. > > **Inconvénients**: Because the system covers many different areas, the initial setup can take some time. There are quite a lot of options and settings, so new users usually need some guidance before they understand how everything fits together. Before, we tracked all of this over email and things got lost. Now we have the full communication history in one place, so everyone knows what's being discussed and where things stand. It also has a lot of additional functionality we haven't used yet, so when we come up with a new process to track, manage, or automate, we likely won't need to look for another tool.We use ALITEO primarily to manage projects around new product development and marketing, and to coordinate with external suppliers such as our PPC and Meta Ads agencies. It replaced a chaotic email-based workflow with a single place where the full history and context is visible to everyone involved. There's clearly a lot more the platform can do beyond what we currently use, which gives us room to grow into it as our needs evolve. > > **Inconvénients**: Onboarding and getting oriented at the start took some time.
