I have been struggling to make solid automations regarding emails being stored as contacts, and while I do have a few working automations in place, there is definitely more than can be done with this feature. The custom automations have been no help, as I feel sometimes a simple task that I am asking cannot be accomplished. Not to mention the AI chat bot to help with the automation will sometimes get confused about its own automations abilities.
