> **Avantages**: We have 3 full time estimators and Beam AI helps us multitask. We have several projects to work on at a time, so while Beam AI is working on providing the takeoff and quantities, we are able to work on other projects. The program is very user friendly and is very helpful when addendums come in.

> **Inconvénients**: My biggest drawback to Beam AI is if we have a project that may take a long time to be in the review phase in the program, and with a short amount of time between the due date and when the invite to the project was sent, we have been unable to have the results back in time.

> Beam AI has been great for us estimators allowing us to take on more projects. The program is very user friendly. One of my favorite features is uploading updated plans/addendums to a plan we have already submitted. It does a great job at illustrating the changes that have been made.

You are assigned a customer support agent that supports you through your onboarding. They are very responsive and care about your wants and needs. The take offs are very detailed, and they are willing to provide the takeoff in a customized format that is similar or identical to your template you use on a regular basis. They are always looking for criticism in order to perfect their product, so it fits your estimating needs.

> **Inconvénients**: While you do get your takeoffs in a timely manner, there are times when your takeoffs may be slightly delayed. It would be wise to submit your project as early as possible to account for any modifications needed and time for your review.
