Love this platform for easy business management

Avantages :

I love how easy it is to create legal documents, custom fields and e-signatures!

Inconvénients :

custom fields can be a little confusing with the layour

Commentaires : I am happy with how I set up our documents, but we had a low usage rate on it once it was sent to clients. We really need to be able to send to several people and they can decide who signs it, vs us picking one recipient who may not be the signer and then the Jotform Sign goes ignored.

Avantages :

I struggled with implementing a document management/signature system, and Jotform Sign was the most user-friendly. It may have helped that we were already a Jotform user so I was familiar with the site and it connected with other forms in our account.

Inconvénients :

Even though this was the most user-friendly, it was not without struggles. If we had someone to help roll it out or even get us started with one form, it would have helped ensure success for future use. I don't have time to watch a handful of videos, so it was a long process.

The "Free Trial" isn't worth it

Commentaires : Not impressed, but it did force me to learn to create my own forms in an actual free app.

Avantages :

The very first form I created turned out fine. Until I wanted to update the form and it caused nothing but headaches.

Inconvénients :

Hard to update. If you create too many forms, you will be charged. Clients had difficultly using form, in the end caused me more work. The Free Trial is VERY limited.

Sign on the "dotted line"

Commentaires : Overall everything went smoothly. It was as if I was writing my name on the dotted line right in front of me just without all the paper wasted.

Avantages :

The ease that comes with using this application is like no other. It's even easier for you when you need someone else to sign something they have no experience with this application but you'd think they made it themselves.

Inconvénients :

It could last faster but that may be my processers not its.

Wish we had found it earlier.

Commentaires : It has allowed to change multiple procedures and has drastically improved UX as we can digitise a lot of our processes due to utilising Jotform Sign.

Avantages :

It has allowed us to digitise forms that previously had to be completed by hand as they required signatures.

Inconvénients :

Nothing so far. It has worked well throughout.

Love Jotform Sign-it’s so efficient

Commentaires : Love Jotform sign. I have used docu sign for other services but Jotform is much more user friendly and easier. I have told my colleagues about Jotform and I believe some of them are using it too now.

Avantages :

It’s easy to use and my clients never have any issues with it.

Inconvénients :

The amount of signatures you get a month, sometimes I run over. I was having an issue where clients signatures were not going through the first time causing them to sign again and it was causing duplicates but I have not had that occur within the last 9 months

Great solution and very competitive

Commentaires : My experience has been excellent, so much so that I have recommended Jotform and Jotform Sign to many other businesses, who now also use it.

Avantages :

Jotform Sign allows me to collect legally binding signatures on my contracts. It's very easy to set up and gives me far more signatures per month than other solutions I used previously, which were nowhere near as good or flexible. I've used Jotform for several years so when I realised that Jotform Sign was part of the solution it was a no brainer to use it.

Inconvénients :

Nothing, it's so much better than the competition, especially when you take into account what a great tool Jotform is even without Jotform Sign!

Great Way of Support

Commentaires : I have spent a good amount of time together with my team to set-up the forms. We have saved a lot in cost and time by using this service and it's quite hassle free once it has been properly set-up. Sometimes it becomes challenging to deal with little boxes while moving them to fit in a suitable place. Overall a great service, Electronic and digital signature features are making it marvellous.

Avantages :

Jotform Sign has an incredible importance in my eyes. This feature automates our workflow and forms can be signed anywhere and at anytime which makes the process much quicker than usual.

Inconvénients :

Limited number of allotments per subscription.

Commentaires : One of my favorite tools! As I said before, the addition of Jotform Sign to the Jotform platform has expanded our use of it. And the price is so reasonable!

Avantages :

I am SO glad someone told me about Jotform! Our clients and agents are spread around the country, and most of what we accomplish happens virtually. I've been using Jotform for a number of different forms, and when they added Jotform sign, I was able to expand our use of it because we can track the signature received, making contracts complete.

Inconvénients :

It can be difficult to find answers to specific questions. I'd appreciate a live rep availability through a chat box.

Makes life simple

Avantages :

I require my clients to read, acknowledge and sign a contract once a deposit has been paid, as I need to protect myself and the client. Jotform allows me to customise my contract how I need it. I love getting the notifications once a form is completed. The best part is having the mobile app, so i have all of my contracts to hand.

Inconvénients :

It looks a little tacky to the consumer, so something more professionally displayed would be better.

An Easy Way to Manage Contracts, Though a Bit of a Learning Curve

Avantages :

Joform Sign makes it super easy to handle the contracts for my publishing company. Before using Jotform, I would email authors a pdf of the contract to sign. This inevitably led to issues with people not having the software necessary to sign a pdf. Using Jotform has eliminated that problem. Contracts are signed quickly and painlessly.

Inconvénients :

It took me a couple tries to figure out how it works. With an application with so many options, I didn't really know what I was doing at first. Now I can send out a contract in a minute, but it took me probably about half an hour the first time to set up the contract and work out how to send it.

Great Platform for businesses of any size

Avantages :

It's a simple and straightforward way to organize and implement signatures within and without an organization.

Inconvénients :

There are no cons that come to mind. Well priced and straightforward.

The forms are very helpful with a busy office lifestyle. You get automatic emails with every sign up. You can get an excel sheet automatically generated for the forms completed.

Inconvénients :

Wish more forms can be filled out with the free trial.
