Easy and effective
Commentaires : It was the most cost effective and low impact solution for us to automate and integrate address correction.
Avantages :
From the initial purchase through the final testing the integration of Smarty to our proprietary e-commerce and ERP platform was easy. The API was simple to understand, coded, and has very fast response times. This allowed us to have minimal impact on customer and user facing interactions.
Inconvénients :
Testing. It's hard to find the right combinations of addresses scenarios to test validations and corrections. There is also the 1 in 100,000 addresses that while USPS valid, just do not validate well through the API call. However, we have submitted such problems and they do get corrected by Smarty fairly quickly.

upfront data validation help achieve optimized process
Avantages :
the data quality, autosuggest and deep address validation. Quality data is the key to success and optimize business processes. It saves lot of time and energy of our team and same time better customer experience.
Inconvénients :
The API management console on Smarty needs improvement. I feel various features are missing, for example, detail of traffic sources and volume on various apis, api throttling configuration, api tagging to manage various keys inside large organization, user management with various roles, etc.

Pourquoi passer à Smarty : Smarty selection was no brainer for us due to the accuracy and data quality.

Thanks for your review! We've been making lots of changes to the Smarty user dashboard, including adding management for user roles. We're working on creating a better management for API keys and tracking who's using what keys. Thanks so much!
Satisfied with the product
Commentaires : Our experience with this product has been quite good and the support is good.
Avantages :
The address lookup works very well for our purposes and we are quite happy with it.
Inconvénients :
The price compared to Google is a bit high. That might be because we only use some of the functions of smarty.

Avantages :
It's very easy to use and integrate with various custom and enterprise applications. Their customer service is top notch and get back on priority.
Inconvénients :
For south east asian countries and african countries, at times the results can iffy.

Smarty is a smart choice

Avantages :
Their uptime and features are robust and reliable.
Inconvénients :
Lack of continual development for use with wordpress.
