All a Psychiatrist Needs
Commentaires : Adequate and in some ways a superior replacement for my old EMR, which was designed by and for psychiatrists, that shut down. It took a fair bit of work to set-up PQ the way I needed it initially, which was stressful working on a short timeline, but it now runs quite smoothly.
Avantages :
Highly customizable templates, ability to do everything I need as a private practice psychiatrist within one platform (including eRx/EPCS, scheduling, billing, claims filing, and patient communication), competitive pricing on credit card processing and all-in cost.
Inconvénients :
The UI could be a bit more intuitive -- for instance, the settings for different features are spread all over the platform and can be hard to find, the template editor is rather unintuitive (but, for a nominal fee, they will build forms for you), and certain common workflow tasks require a few more clicks than my old purpose-built EMR (likely because PQ is targeting a broad audience that has different needs, not just psychiatrists).

Commentaires : PracticeQ is excellent! I have recommended it to every practitioner I have known opening a practice because it is incredibly easy to use and customizable. Very few drawbacks.
Avantages :
E-prescribe, it is so customizable, and easy to use!
Inconvénients :
E-prescribe is difficult to get support and set up

It is a very solid all-in-one solution for managing our private practice.
Inconvénients :
It lacks scheduling features for our social skills groups and can be clunky to do things in bulk at times

Avantages :
That it is an all in one system. We started with PracticeQ when we were a very small practice and it has been so easy to scale up. Everything is easy to find and makes me job easier.
Inconvénients :
The messaging portal! Messages get lost in there all the time.

Commentaires : Overall positive experience. I’ve had to reach out to support often, including recently about prescribing and it turned out I didn’t have the most up to date software. Not sure how that happened
Avantages :
Relatively low cost, integrated billing
Inconvénients :
Tough for child patients since no way to make email and phone number under a linked parents account. It limits ease of treating siblings
