> **Avantages**: The program is intuitive and easy to navigate.  It makes managing claims and patients easier by having clear concise screens and fast processing times. I have done billing and insurance for years and have been pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and on the odd occasion when a problem arises (usually user error on my part), customer support is quick to provide information.  We are also saving money every month compared to our previous processor.

> **Inconvénients**: There are no cons to this service.  It has good value and is easy to use.  You cannot say bad things about that.

> **Inconvénients**: Boxes on CMS form are very tiny, even when I use the updated service center interface. Can be slow to load when I click "use client info" to fill out insured's information.

> Grateful for a free service to submit claims reliably to multiple insurances. I can store all my client info in one place that is secure. I haven't had any concerns, and I appreciate that I can still use the classic interface, which I prefer.
