Worryingly, Circle‑Hand has caused repeated oversold items and duplicate sales in my two‑location Shopify store, and in practice hasn’t been a reliable source of truth for multi‑location inventory. There are no effective safeguards against scenarios like one location at +1 and another at −1 still being sellable online, so I’ve spent a lot of time fixing errors and dealing with disappointed customers. Support has felt inconsistent and often evasive, with key questions about what is synced, how, and when, plus requests for documentation or contact with other multi‑location users, left only partially answered, and most “solutions” relying on perfect staff behaviour and manual workarounds rather than robust automation. At one point, a glitch meant a consignor payout was created twice (yikes\!). > > In my experience, Circle‑Hand may work well for simpler setups, but multi‑location sellers should be aware of the overselling risk and limited safeguards and support.
