Commentaires : We are using it to extract data from property management documents to accelerate the onboarding process for new clients.
Avantages :
It can be integrated directly into my workflows so I don't need to log into another product.
Inconvénients :
I wish there was a way to train the algorithm on new documents myself, but their team is very fast at incorporating new documents.

Superior Multifamily Data
Commentaires : My overall experience has been fantastic. The product is much better than CoStar or any other product on the market. And its a fraction of the price.
Avantages :
HelloData has been a game-changer for me. I wear many hats in my role and have limited resources. HelloData has allowed me to complete my analysis in a fraction of the time that it previously required. In addition, the customer service is fantastic. They are available to answer any questions and I always get a response within an hour.
Inconvénients :
I have yet to be disappointed with HelloData.

Commentaires : This is hands down the best Comp software you can use. I have been in this industry for over 30 years and tried them all. Customer service is amazing to say the least.
Avantages :
I use HelloData's platform all the time when reviewing new and existing properties. I find the data to be very reliable and the platform itself to be extremely intuitive & easy-to-use.
Inconvénients :
lack of custom branding option. Would really like to have the ability to add our company logo and branding to the reports we send out.
