Commentaires : A helpful group of people that was easy to integrate with
Avantages :
I found Authsignal very easy to integrate with. I'm very happy that I didn't need to build out all of the functionality that Authsignal provides out of the box, e.g. customisable UI, drop-in Authentication and especially the helpful insights dashboard functionality. Their customer service was excellent and extremely helpful through our integration. The AuthSignal API has been very reliable and stable. I love it how easy it is to setup multiple environments for production and staging, this makes testing new scenarios out safe, easy and predictable.
Inconvénients :
A better SDK from AuthSignal would have been appreciated, given the small foot print it wasn't a big deal for us.
Easy to implement, simple to use, reliable MFA.
Commentaires : We needed an MFA solution and were considering writing one in house given the cost and hassle to implement 3rd party ones. But AuthSignal was refreshingly easy to setup, and has a variety of authentication mechanisms for our customers to choose. The support is excellent and the team are ready to assist on anything.
Avantages :
We were surprised at how straightforward it was to integrate into our system.
Inconvénients :
As I have to write something here, some of the documentation examples didn't cover everything clearly. But I was an early adopter and pointed out some things that would be helpful which were added quickly by their team.
