I never have to bother my manager about HR-related questions. The best part about G-P is that everything is in one place (employment information, time tracking, expense tracking). The G-P home dashboard gives you easy buttons that link to the other HR platforms you need to navigate to. > > **Inconvénients**: While it is very easy to submit and receive confirmation for a customer service request, sometimes it can take quite a few days to receive a proper response or resolution, which can be frustrating if it's a time-sensitive issue. > > When I onboarded my company, I was skeptical about being employed under a PEO, but it has been the smoothest onboarding and continued HR experience I've ever had across so many companies, from startups to big enterprises. My favorite part about the platform is how easy it is to access information and navigate to payroll, time tracking, expense tracking, and more.
