Très bonne appli pour les transcriptions, un gain de temps

Commentaires : L'application fonctionne pour les transcriptions en français. Les résultats sont précis et fiable, ce qui me permet de gagner du temps et d'améliorer mon flux de travail (comptes-rendus, résumés de conférences, table ronde, etc.). Je recommande vivement cette application si vous cherchez une solution efficace pour transcrire des documents audio en texte.

Avantages :

Transcription fiable en français, portugais et anglais et possibilité d'éditer le nom des intervenants.

Inconvénients :

L'assistant IA pour les résumés et comptes rendus peut être largement amélioré. Mes prompts fonctionnent mieux avec ChatGPT 4o. D'ailleurs, la voix des intervenants n'est pas toujours identifié une fois leurs noms catégorisés.

Avantages :

Sa combinaison avec l'IA. Grâce à l'IA, j'ai pu avoir plusieurs critiques sur mes résultats. Par ailleurs, c'est très intéressant d'avoir des suggestions de pistes à exploiter sur les données d'entretiens. C'est pour moi une véritable découverte qui fait avancer la recherche scientifique.

Inconvénients :

J'avais eu un problème de connexion. J'ai perdu beaucoup de temps à chercher une solution à ce problème. Finalement tout est entrée en ordre grâce au service client. Un service très prompte à aider le client.

Les erreurs de transcription, notamment dans l'identification des interlocuteurs. Le paiement possible uniquement en dollars ( occasionne des fraix bancaires)

La retranscription des échanges est essentielle afin d'analyser les réalités du terrain avec le cadre théorique recherchée durant la formation.

Ne pas pouvoir modifier la retranscription sur l'application avant de télécharger le résultat.

Commentaires : Fast, high-quality and very, very accurate transcription at a level of 90% accuracy in Hebrew. When there aren't many tools that transcribe at a quality level in this language, this is a great advantage. It is also very convenient for editing the text at the same time as listening to the transcript. Allows separating the speakers and changing their names. And there is also an artificial intelligence function that can be used to ask questions about the text. As someone who has over 22 hours of interviews to transcribe - I don't know how I would do it without this tool.

The quick uploading, transcription, and various (English) accent recognitions. The app's affordability is a BIG plus for freelance professionals like me.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes, the application acts weird when I am trying to edit it in the app. It will automatically start scrolling up and down when editing or will not allow me to edit. I got really frustrated the other day. I had to down the transcription file and edit it while listening to the audio on the app. So laborious!
