Avantages :
Simplicity of set up and how to use it quickly. I also liked been able to get hold of customer service team although feedback isn't always consistent time wise and it would be good to get in a 24hr window.
Inconvénients :
Enriching doesn't seem to work very well / can't schedule exact times for reminders / not enough how to videos and the ones you have are too brief. Inconsistent customer feedback response times with no sense of when someone will come back to you.

It's easy to get started. You can import your contacts from other sources, and folk CRM will automatically deduplicate and enrich them.It's customizable. You can create custom fields, groups, and workflows to meet your specific needs and the UI is very easy to use.It's collaborative. You can share contacts, deals, and tasks with other team members.it easy to integrates with a variety of other tools, such as gmail, outlook ... etc
Inconvénients :
it doesn't have a mobile appalso ther are some bug that makes it not ready for primeas you can see in the following videos i recorded :1- [sensitive content hidden] can't choose birthday from the calander modalalso when use autocomplete for phone and email it write it twice
A frictionless experience
Commentaires : It's just my speed. Some processes are manual, but after a meeting with folk's product team I'm looking forward to future improvements.
Avantages :
It reduces friction for me tracking leads - something I hate doing. The more simplified and user-friendly, the better.
Inconvénients :
It currently lacks some tracking capabilities - like automatically tracking when deals move from one status to the next. I know it's in beta, but the dashboard as well could use some more customization.

The opportunity to create custom fields and tags and the BEST thing is the Chrome extension and being able to import leads immediately from SoMe!
Inconvénients :
Sometimes it is a bit overwhelming all the functionalities but overall it's a pretty great program where everything is thought out.

No mobile app and Mobile Web app will take more time to be as seamless as the desktop and web tools. Some issues with the upgrade payment links. But the team sorted it over emails.

Commentaires : It has been great, but it really could be better with more features. I think the beauty of Folk is it's simplicity and not overcomplicating the contact management, but I feel there are crucial features still missing to make it truly the best!

We appreciated the ease of use of the program. How easy it is to import contacts and segment them.

I feel that there are still a lot of features missing: - Campaign management, using tags and folders [or even archiving completed campaigns] - A better template system for emails - Change log/history - Being able to export notes from contacts on a bulk csv - Deals pipeline for companies instead of contacts

Commentaires : overall folk is simple to use, a good resource for anyone looking to start a CRM strategy with all the necessary tools. However if you are looking for a platform to keep track of everything on social media (LinkedIn in my situation), Folk might be a little bit limited

I can manage, track and automate my mails and send them to a group of people with a lot of ease. It saves a lot of time.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes, it's not as fluid as I'd like. Some features have to be amended, like cc'd in mails. In messages, I have to dig in past messages to find messages I've sent . Also, the sequencing works only with certain mail address

Avantages :
It is streamlined and intuitive. It doesn't overwhelm with options and is just highly specialized in having the functions we needed. No overwhelming need for customization or onboarding.
Inconvénients :
It's still a bit rough around the edges (e.g. no option to undo an action)

Customer service is AWESOME - super fast and helpful.
It's a light weight solution with a great price and perfect for a start-up getting its feet under them.
Avantages :
Love how easy it is to use and set up. The 1 click enrichment is awesome and has saved me a lot of time searching for contacts. I also love that I can customize almost any set up I want or need. Starting to plat around with the magic field to help with organization.
Inconvénients :
No revert function yet - have deleted a couple of contacts by accident and have to go back to the source to find it. While easy set up is a + it's also a slight draw back bc the folder creation can get out of control.

Commentaires : Excellent experience so far with the product and I must say that the customer support team are exceptional too.
Avantages :
I was searching for a way to manage and track my sales outreach activity and to automate email sending. I tried multiple products and I found folk to be by far the most intuitive. I've really enjoyed using it so far and the cost is great too.
Inconvénients :
The only thing I've encountered is that on my subscription package I would like more email sends per month.

Commentaires : It is a great little CRM for small businesses and associations.
Avantages :
Folk is a great option for a small business or non-profit looking for a "no-frills" CRM at a reason able price. Tools such as sales force are much too complex and expensive considering our needs. I like the way you can upload contacts into Folk. I also appreciate being able to set up emails in Folk and track details about them.
Inconvénients :
The user interface takes some time to learn.
How to deal with Folk
Avantages :
Folk is simple. This is what first drew me to it, and it's what has kept me around. Other CRMs try to do too much, but Folk knows what it needs to be, and it executes it well!
Inconvénients :
I think if in future updates it automatically moves contacts through a pipeline, as you have to do it manually if you're batch contacting people, it makes it a long process.

capped messaging, it was not clearly stated in the offerings about the capped messaging used case. we saw unlimited where unlimited shouldnt have been

Commentaires : Very good to date and I am still learning.
Avantages :
Folk allows me to optimize my time usage by leveraging its integrations and templates. I can efficiently send out multiple emails in a short span. Additionally, the feature that lets me import LinkedIn contacts into the database is a significant time-saver.
Inconvénients :
It took a little while to understand the features but there was help available to guide me through the processes.
Great CRM for Personal or Small Business Use
Avantages :
Easy to use, flexible and a clean UI. Love that it connects to my Google account so can track all communication, and also send emails directly.
Inconvénients :
No major issues. Would be nice if it was a bit cheaper, but that seems to be the price of CRMs now.
