Commentaires : We have used Trackabeast for over 20 years and have never experienced any issues, Customer support is excellent and priicing is very good.

Avantages :

Very easy to use. Allows us to track all of the cats and kittens in our system from intake through adiption. Keeps perfect record of all of our donations from donors for over 20 years.

Inconvénients :

Thhere is nothing that we disliked about Trackabeast

Commentaires : Periodically, we would run across some sort of organizational need that would make me think, "Gee, it would be nice if we could do that with Trackabeast." I'd get in touch with Trackabeast owner,[SENSITIVE CONTENT], and she would make it happen. It's really hard to imagine that level of customer service nowadays, but you get it with Trackabeast.

Avantages :

We were an all volunteer rescue group, so we knew whatever database we chose was going to be used by busy people without expertise in databases and who worked 40 hours a week or more at their real jobs. We needed a database that was intuitive, easy to use and covered all the bases of rescue work. Trackabeast fit the bill to a tee.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of anything that I wasn't pleased about with this software.

Dog rescue database

Avantages :

Clean way to track our database of our dogs.

Inconvénients :

There are some minor bugs from time to time, but Carrie is excellent at responding quickly and fixing any bugs.

Love this software. User friendly helps manage rescues data in one place.

Commentaires : I love trackabeast i am the main user of this software for our rescue and i can't say enough good things about the ease of use and all the medical info being right there easy to use quick to update info and manage medical info on each animal. If i ever had a question i would email [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and have great customer service she has always helped me out. I would recommend this product to any animal rescue or vet service

Avantages :

The data management is top priority and it delivers and goes above and beyond. we can manage our animals, foster, and volunteers all in one place. Im technically challenged and this is so easy to use and manages all our rescue needs in one place. From medical charting to organizing our fosters and volunteers information. Love that is is linked to Petfinder and helps coordinate quick adoptions for our rescue animals. Helps keep admin organized as multiple people can use the software and access medical information on our animals at any time. No need to go to an office to pull charts to verify info its all at your fingertips. Its very efficient and easy to use i would recommend to any rescue, animal shelter, or vet office. Love the pre-set frequently used information for medical needs all you need to do is quick clicks and add dates ect.

Inconvénients :

There really isn't anything that i don't like about it I have not yet come across anything that is a negative.

Review from an animal rescue

Commentaires : Believe it or not, before Trackabeast, our shelter was run on a spreadsheet (???). Having all our animals' information in a database that more than one volunteer can access has been a God-send. We are now able to track everything that happens with each animal while it is in our case. The feature to be able to scan and upload the animals' records is pretty impressive as well.

Avantages :

We can access each animal's record in seconds. We can also pull numbers for just about any kind of data we need with a few mouse clicks. It is very easy to do our monthly reports.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of anything I don't like about Trackabeast.

Trackabeast: Loyalty and Professionalism Beyond Compare

Commentaires : My overall experience with Trackabeast is rated at an A+! We are a small non-profit organization and this software offers many features that we just don't have the need to use since we are so small. But they are wonderful for their bigger clients. We don't plan on EVER switching to another software, especially since their customer service is impeccable and very responsive.

Avantages :

We have been using this software almost from its inception.[SENSITIVE CONTENT], the Administrator and Creator, has ALWAYS been available for all questions and suggestions. The customer service is the best ever. They are continually striving to integrate new things into their software that will better serve all of their customers. This software is extremely user-friendly, and it encompasses all aspects of data base management that my organization was looking for.

Inconvénients :

I really don't feel like there are any cons to this software. Since my organization has been a Trackabeast client from the "get-go," I have seen this system go from some learning pains in the very beginning to a smooth, well-oiled system currently. Down times are few and far between and customer service is superb.

Track A Beast Rocks!!

Commentaires : As previously mentioned, most of us use it daily and so appreciate the way it’s made our collection of data almost seamless. Additionally, customer service is top notch!! Our input is always sought; and any questions, concerns or troubleshooting needs are immediately addressed, even though most of those are user errors! TAB is always striving to improve!!

Avantages :

We have immediate access to information regarding all dogs in our system (past and present), adopters, fosters, donors and organizations! Initial implementation was slow at first until everyone became more and more comfortable utilizing TAB’s features; and I’m happy to say we are almost totally there! (Of course, any software is only as good as the timely input by its users!!)

Inconvénients :

Not all of the fields are relevant to our needs, and not sure if there is a way to hide them…guess we need to ask!!

Commentaires : Good , its has been helpful in ensuring that we not only know where animals are, and what medical care has been given or is due for follow up

Avantages :

Once we started putting tattoo numbers in the same place that the chip numbers go , we were able to track cats easily by searching the tattoo number. This is an important feature for us , it helps track the owners of cats that are lost, are surrendered to the SPCA or at a veterinary hospital with no owner present. Using chips is not used in our area , we do not have a machine to read chips. Cats found by people just trying to help a cat they found injured or lost need to be able to read a tattoo in order to find the owner.

Inconvénients :

I haven't been using the program a lot this year , mostly because of covid and because of our 10 year free spay and neuter program that greatly reduced the cats and kittens needing our help. I just pulled up the program and see some major changes have taking place. The adoption for viewing cats that are inactive I could not readily see, when I did find the advance search and filter I couldn't seem to activate it , so I could look at all the animals that have come though the rescue.

Great Product for Rescues

Avantages :

TrackABeast is easy to learn and use, and is a great way to track animals. We use it daily to add new animals, new adopters and adoptions, and all of their medical care (vaccines, tests, sterilization, microchip, etc)

Inconvénients :

Some of the processes could be more automated, such as registering micro chips with Home again. I believe that’s a feature in development. Some of the reporting could be a little bit more user-friendly.

Track a Beast is the Best

Commentaires : TaB and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been very responsive to our needs and always reply to any request within hours. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is very easy to work with and has been an excellent resource. She is always open to suggestions to make the product better.

Avantages :

We started with TaB in 2008 and it greatly simplified our method of handling incoming and outgoing dogs. While we had to rely on paper records and phone calls to exchange info on dogs in the system before TaB, with TaB we were able to create records that all personnel could access on the internet. No more digging thru files to find one vet record or adoption application, it was all available on TaB.

Inconvénients :

Most of the features offered are very intuitive to use, but you do need to enter new records in a certain order which takes longer.

Essential tool for animal rescue work

Avantages :

Trackabeast has helped Much Love Animal Rescue place thousands of rescued animals with loving forever families. We use it to keep track of animal intake, placement status, medical information, and more. The software itself is indispensable, but the best thing about Trackabeast is the responsiveness of the developer. Her response time is lightning-fast and she is able to make changes and adjustments that tailor our database to our unique needs.

Inconvénients :

Can't think of any cons, because any time we've needed to make a change or improvement it's been taken care of immediately.

Commentaires : Overall, we use Trackabeast but probably not to the capacity we could. This is because as a voluntary organisation, time is limited to explore all the options and integrate them into our daily routines.

Avantages :

It took time to enter data from years previous but since then is easy to use on a daily basis. The most recent changes are great

Avantages :

I need easy. I'm not very technologically competent and Trackabeast is so user-friendly, it really makes taking the 200+ animals we save in a year easy (at least the recordkerping portion!)

Inconvénients :

My issues are usually user error :) When we have issues, the Trackabeast team is very responsive.

Avantages :

It’s ready to use, and it keeps track of our medical costs, plus donations.

Inconvénients :

I don’t care for the modern view of the database, however, am content to use the classic view. Therefore, will be happy as long as they continue to offer the classic view.

It is easy to use. It interacts with other programs. The mobile app is easy to read and use.

Uploading documents. Can only do one at a time. Would like to be able to email medical records directly instead of having to download to PDF.
