Commentaires: A simple, easy to use, easy to personalize software. It helped with managing customers, accounting, payment reports and allowed access to client history's bookings with details. This is a software I would use again and pay for happily.

Avantages: very simple, I used it mostly for invoicing and some reporting. It was common sense entries, not overly complicated and the invoices were formatted in an easy to read way, for the client's purposes. The ability to add comments and additional services and fees made this easier to customize than a lot of other similar products

Commentaires: I have since switched to clientbase, and asked for a backup of my data/invoices to be imported into the new system. I was told I could not have access to this data. So unless you plan for this to be the last software system you ever use, be careful!

Avantages: Easy to navigate, focused more towards cruise resellers

Inconvénients: No 24hr support, Feel Rushed when using customer support or that I am bothering them.
