Easy to implement chatbot
Commentaires : Overall this really makes it easy for prospective association members to stay in touch with us on their and our favourite channels.
Avantages :
The product was very easy to implement in our Wix-based website solution, with no coding necessary at all. It works very well right out the box and doesn't impact our website loading speed in any way.
Inconvénients :
Every site visit counts towards the free tier 500 limit, with no option in the free tier to limit the geographic reach - meaning our chatbot is even loaded outside our city, which we don't really need. We're probably going to end up going with with the Basic tier just for that.
Great multi-purpose chat widget!
Commentaires : Overall experience has been really great. Having multiple points of communication for conversion when someone is on your website can be crucial. With this widget you can have as many points of contact through whatever source you would like and it is extremely easy to see and to use.
Avantages :
I like the ability to customize the cosmetics of the widget itself and I like the amount of communication options. It has everything and you can display multiple at one time as an option.
Inconvénients :
There really isn't anything I don't like about it.

Avantages :
Chatway was Easy to setup, ability to set hours available vs not and the notifications are all great.
