Commentaires : The best thing we can say is that we have had no real issues! We had many issues with our former products, worst of all it sending emails tagged as encrypted, but they weren't at all. This was a code red issue for us.

Avantages :

Integration was easy , and the members assigned to assist us with the transition were great to work with and could get any question answered.

Inconvénients :

Encrypt Titan was just slightly confusing to roll out as there's a decent amount of setup. However, the support team assigned to us helped us greatly in the process.

Avantages :

Easy to use and to integrate with my existing software

Set-up was a tad more cumbersome than anticipated, but it may just have been me

Ease of use, once configured and integrated.

Inconvénients :

Initial Integration and configuration can be challenging if there is a lack of access/control to DNS for domain[s].

Overall a very good product that was easy to use.

Avantages :

It was easy to use and set up and add users.

Inconvénients :

There were to many false positives and too many complaints from users for that reason. Even after we turned off the auto feature for it we kept seeing it happen.
