Commentaires : Commport's ability to deliver a solution on time, on budget while providing flexibility is very important to our partnership.

Avantages :

Commport provides a value added service for development & testing of integrated EDI solutions. Purolator International has partnered with Commport for many years, and we have had great success with launching and supporting new products.

Inconvénients :

Commport's focus on our partnership occasionally meant that their team members are working on their days off. We highly encourage utilization of well deserved time off, but we appreciate the dedication to Purolator International.

Avantages :

Commport's integration team is highly knowledgeable and excel at what they do. They provide clear and concise answers to all questions, respond in a timely manner, and are overall a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Commport's Integrated EDI for any future customers.

Inconvénients :

I have yet to find any issues with Commport's Integrated EDI.

Commentaires : We are neutral in terms of experiences as what we desire most is reliability.

Avantages :

The ability to control import and export data and correct errors after translation, the ability to search archives for references.

Inconvénients :

Lacking the ability to use the imported or export data to do analysis, the overall way ASN 856 are created.

Review - 810s

Commentaires : EDI helps us with invoice processing. No need to add any headcount while opening more stores. We need to implement 820 with our EDI but it is our system's restrictions at this time.

Avantages :

I am very pleased with Commport's Support team. They have been very helpful with onboarding new EDI vendors. Their knowledge is very impressive.

Inconvénients :

At this time I don't have any issues with EDI.

Avantages :

We are able to receive p.o.'s and send invoices to our customers. Our IT department can provide more details about features, ease of use and integration.

Minimalist app

Avantages :

I like how the app is minimalist and does not require much time to learn

Inconvénients :

App sometimes freezes( once in 6 months) but that might be other factors which affect that. Other than that none.

Great Customer Service

Avantages :

They assist with client integration from the project's inception to its completion.

Inconvénients :

Currently, there is nothing about Commport that I dislike.

Invoice Processing

Commentaires : Commport has helped us with the automation of outgoing 810s directly from our system thus greatly reducing manual input.

Avantages :

Awesome customer support, customized experience, straightforward and easy to use. Any issues we have encountered have been quickly solved by Commport's team.

Inconvénients :

More complicated when compared to other EDI solutions that have a more 'basic' user interface but offers more customization overall and quickly becomes easy to navigate

Good system

Avantages :

It's easy to use for daily transactions.

Inconvénients :

It's hard to resend documents when their sent with wrong info.
