Avantages :
The remote monitoring and management features are robust and user-friendly, making my job easier.
Inconvénients :
The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first and may require some time to get used to.
New to RMM, but enjoying it.
Commentaires : RMM, has so far, been a joy to work with. It contains 95% of the features we're used to, with a nice handful of handy additions which help us even more. My experience with it i very positive so far and I feel sure that we made the right move from Labtech/Automate.
Avantages :
We came across from Labtech, and he difference is like night and day. RMM feels fresh, is quick in its feel and encourages my team to use the software, as they enjoy doing so.
Inconvénients :
The tech support isn't very instant. Chatting is easy to do, but more often than not, it has to escalated. And then, you an be waiting for days for a response. I am currently onboarding a lot of clients so need instant answers to my queries.

Avantages :
Responsiveness of the system, cloud hosted, integration with connectwise, screen connect
Inconvénients :
Support, or lack thereof onboarding was a joke, i learned it all myself as the onboarding team didn't schedule anything. if its doable within the system support can walk you through it. if you get the development team needs to look into this (happens all the time) you will never hear from them again. there are a few features that are not working (suppressing alerts, moving clients, etc).
ConnectWise RMM has helped me remotely manage all my devices with ease. It's a game-changer!

I love the remote control feature and the ability to schedule maintenance tasks. It saves me a lot of time!
Inconvénients :
The user interface feels a bit outdated and can be confusing to navigate at times. Would love to see a more modern design.
