Commentaires : We use this system to report Tier 2 information to our customers. Since we have over 50 customers, this system makes it very easy to do this. This was the main reason that we selected Quantum. Also, the system is very easy to use and it is customized for our particular use.

Avantages :

The product is easy to use, flexible and has reporting functionality tailor made for our needs.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any comments regarding this at this time. The system does a lot more than their competitors.
