Commentaires : We use this system to report Tier 2 information to our customers. Since we have over 50 customers, this system makes it very easy to do this. This was the main reason that we selected Quantum. Also, the system is very easy to use and it is customized for our particular use.

Avantages :

The product is easy to use, flexible and has reporting functionality tailor made for our needs.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any comments regarding this at this time. The system does a lot more than their competitors.

It is confusing and difficult to use. Sometimes it is slow and doesn't work well. There are some things the software could do better, like being more customizable for my use case. It would also be helpful if it worked better with other systems. Despite these problems, I think the potential for the software is great.

They have been true partners as we've expanded our Supplier Diversity Program at Merck. They are reliable, flexible and adaptable. The Quantum Team is always willing to work with us and customize the dashboard to fit our business needs.
