The Best Online Bank Miles Away
Commentaires : I do use Wise literally daily from almost three years. I have to travel a lot, and I find their rates to be the best with no questions.
Avantages :
It does offer great exchange rates. You can literally a bank account in different countries like EEUU, UK, Belgium, etc. The money transferring system is super easy to use
Inconvénients :
As the time pass, it has become more difficult to open a Wise Account. It does not allow Venezuelan customers to manage their cards, nor their accounts while in Venezuela, and it is a terrible deal, since you might be eventually parked at some places, and you won't be able to use your funds. The customer support is not as good as it should be. I found myself looking for Wise customer services in different countries once a particular time zone is closed. There are no physical or virtual cards for businesses in the United States, then it is super limited the money management.

Commentaires : THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE IT! I've been using Wise for a long time without any issues. However, after not using it for over a year I so, I needed to make a transfer to Brazil. I updated the app and re-entered my information multiple times until I could finally initiate a transfer. But when I tried to send the money, I kept getting a message saying, "Payment Unsuccessful," with no further explanation. I tried two more times and encountered the same error. When I logged out and back in, I saw that Wise had debited my bank account three times the amount I intended to transfer. Instead of sending the money to the recipient, it was transferred to my Wise account. I called Wise, but the first person I spoke to was unhelpful. She kept repeating that the money couldn't be refunded because I hadn't called after the first failed attempt. I explained that the app only said "payment unsuccessful," so I thought it was fine to try again. She suggested I transfer the money back to my bank account, but I didn't think I should have to pay a fee for that since I had to transfer back to my account due to a glitch on the app. She also replied to convincing me to keep the money there to use to pay other things and I told her I don't need to make other transfers and I will not use it for other things since I can use my regular credt card and not pay transfer/transfer fees. I use Wise strictly for international transfers. She acknowledged that there was a glitch, which had since been resolved, but still refused to refund my money. When I asked to speak to a manager, she refused, saying there wasn't one available and that I should try calling later, but she couldn't guarantee I'd reach a manager. I hung up and called again. The second person I spoke to was more helpful. Although I still could not talk with a manager she escalated the issue and also asked if I had tried transferring the money back to my account. I told her I hadn't, and I explained why. While she put me on hold, I tried transferring again, as the previous agent said the glitch was fixed. Once more, the money was transferred to my Wise account, and I got the same "payment unsuccessful" message. At this point, while still one the phone, I decided to transfer the money back to my bank account since I'd already been charged four times the amount I wanted to transfer. I planned to request a refund for the fee, as this whole situation was due to their glitch. However, when I tried to transfer the money back, I kept getting stuck on the screen asking me to review the transaction. My money is now stuck in my Wise account with a "sending pending" status, and I can't complete the transaction. The second agent said it would be resolved in 1-2 business days, but all I received was an email saying it could take up to 14 business days to resolve. The money has already been taken from my bank account, so why is it so hard for them to issue a refund when they know there was a glitch? I’ve opened a dispute with my bank. This entire situation is incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, the amount isn't too large, but the fact that my money is stuck in their account is infuriating. After reading other reviews from people who experienced similar issues and were told repeatedly that their problem would be resolved in a few days, only to wait for months. I've decided I’ll no longer use Wise. See screenshots.

How fast it is when it worked. I can't see other pros.

Commentaires : Overall use has been good. Its crypto policy is not good and they will close your account (without warning) if you use it for cyrptocurrency payments
Avantages :
It allows many countries that others don't. The rates are decent
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the costs are higher, and some countries have limited support
