Avantages :
The best part of working with EvolutionX is the support surrounding the services our company gets for a reasonable price. It began from the moment we began with EvolutionX, the support team took over the implementation and ran with it. Our contribution was minimal; mostly marketing decisions and supplying data for launch. Frankly, we could not believe how easy the launch was.
Inconvénients :
The only negative that our team had was how limited our choices were for the landing page template.

Commentaires : Evolution X have given us a number of one-stop solutions for our e-commerce requirements. Through their platform, we are able to serve small one man band customers online through to large, bluechip customers using EDI and system integration. In order to do this without Evolution, we would need both more manpower and a number of software houses to help provide a suite of solutions - none of which would be kept under one remit, a benefit we have with Evolution X.
Avantages :
The system benefits from being both incredibly user-friendly yet feature rich in functionality. We have a number of company requirements ranging from B2B, B2C, punchout and system integration - Evolution X handles all of these with a pinch of salt. Away from the system, the team behind Evolution X are as helpful as you could wish. High recommended!
Inconvénients :
There are few things we dislike about the Evolution platform - our only potential requirement would be better communication of new features by way of a monthly newsletter perhaps.

Commentaires : $ MORE SALES! $ Easy to change banners, content pages and overall merchandising. Easy to keep our site fresh on a weekly basis. Anytime we need EVO staff, they are quick on the Chat or e-mail. Very professional, responsive, educated and willing to really help us. Love the EVO team! :)
Avantages :
We are not a "tech" skilled company. Integrated EVO and then the new version EVO-X was nearly headache free. :) It is a software you can learn. Setting up customers is easy. Pricing is simple and multi-level. Still fully learning how robust and powerful the labels are. Badges are efficient, fun and powerful. Item merchandising can be simple and quick, or very involved. Wish we had more staff to fully engage the marketing & merchandising. Could use help with adding content and getting our rewards program off the ground. Easy to export reports and data.
Inconvénients :
Wish orders integrated with ECi, but that's not the fault of EVO. Could use a series of training classes for our new employees. Help with HubSpot and SpinStak and the Rewards program. Help with Essendant marketing I don't want to use Sales.i

Avantages :
As a total ecommerce package Evolution X is quite simply the winner amongst many other options. The platform has been created by people from the business supplies industry and this shows through the attention to detail within each section. There are too many excellent functions to describe but the killer benefits
Inconvénients :
Due to the amount of great features and new developments that frequently are launched it is a little difficult to keep up to date and take full advantage of all of them.
