Commentaires : Not the cheapest product, but definitely one of the best !
Avantages :
100 user one month trial with an email link or small download to install and 80% of the time the installation will uninstall any existing AV software installed! Once installed, the system just works!
Inconvénients :
With over 2000 devices we installed we have had less than 5 that we needed to contact tech support with. Contacting tech support can be clunky but when contact is made , the support is fast and professional and quick!
Problematic admin role
Avantages :
I don't know, does EDPR work or not? So many alarms regarding computers unprotected so it's difficult to understand!And support only want users to do fault tracing which is impossible in a consulting company where every hour with the customer counts!

Admin activities - gives admin user a lot of extra work

The centralized panel, license management and user discharge is quite comfortable.I think it allows a very complete and intuitive customization of specific profiles for customer management.The support is fast and efficient, if on any occasion I have had any inconvenience, I mopped the query and the answer is practically immediate.

It is not only the protection against malware or viruses, but it allows us a constant interaction with the computers where it is deployed.We can have a real and effective monitoring of incidents, which greatly facilitates, maintaining the health of any technology park.For an IT department it is essential to have a robust and efficient software that allows the management of incidents, reports, reports, etc.

Avantages :
