Easy to use
Avantages :
Its so easy to install Maillock onto your laptop, computer or mobile device. Once up and running it is very simple to use. You can also set up a 'trusted' group of recipients so that if you are sending the same people emails all the time you dont need to add a password or code every time. Any time I have had to contact support, which has not been often, I get a reply really quickly and also follow up email to ensure everything is ok.
Inconvénients :
Some external recipients have had issues with receiving or entering passwords or code and need to enter these a few times before it is accepted.

Commentaires : It’s been a breeze, good account manager, simply pricing, great product.
Avantages :
It’s easy to use and relatively cost effective. Great to securely send and receive sensitive info from clients
Inconvénients :
It’s sometime hard to explain to the recipient how the service works, but that’s encryption…

Commentaires : Very happy. I experienced an issue at one point and this was resolved very quickly by an experienced member of the mailock team

Ease of use for both myself and clients. Ensures confidentiality for both myself and my clients
Inconvénients :
i have not come across many issues with the software at all and therefore cannot think of anything i least like about the software

Inexpensive, reliable and trustworthy software
Commentaires : Early versions of software had occasional glitches but these are no longer an issue with the latest update
Avantages :
Easy to install and implement at the point of use. Designed for all technophobes!

There is no aspect that I have used to dislike
