You can submit a help ticket online yourself. And if you call in, the person puts in a help ticket for you. Not helpful. When they get around to helping you, it could be several days. Last time it took 2 weeks and that was after I sent an email to remind them. Also, I try to be as clear as possible in my emails, and often they don't do what I have asked. Then they have to correct what they did and that takes more time. Would be more helpful if we could talk to someone and get the issue resolved like other companies. > > Not favorable. I get really annoyed with not being able to talk to someone to get issues resolved. And more irritated when they mess up on what I have requested. It is impossible to actually talk to someone that can help you.
