Excellent service - they are always there to address a problem.
Our system is used primarily for billing however the record keeping is helpful as well.
Avantages :
Everything on one software - breeding and health records
Inconvénients :
We have had this system for many many years - I would like some of the older records archived in order to speed up use. I don't want to lose them but archiving would be excellent- a few glitches with accounts that have been paid in full not being able to move to inactive - however, if I call [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] he will review them and get them in the correct status

Avantages :
Easy invoicing. Probably the best breeding software available.
Inconvénients :
Accounts receivable only. Wish it had checkbook/banking capability.

Avantages :
You can tell the product was created by real horsemen and people with real horse management experience. It is very inclusive and rivals full fledged vet equine software. Free support after purchase and during the trial was friendly and informative. For everything it does the price is very attractive.
Inconvénients :
The content is large and can be overwhelming. At first I thought it was more than I needed and then I discovered that you can pick and chose what you want and need. You need to take it in steps. Support helps you keep it in order of importance.

I like the way they teach and explian. Very esay to use Very easy to understand. It's a great way to learn and compare ideas or thoughts on things you know.
Inconvénients :
It's kinda of expensive, I think it should be free, so anyone can learn about things they like without haveing to pay. And its kinda of a long procesos.
