"Extraordinary Customer Service, above and beyond!"

Commentaires: Picture 9pm the night before our annual fundraiser, 400 attending and Fedex has lost our credit card mag readers for check-in. When all options were exhausted Auction Tracker put an employee on a plane, flew to Seattle and then drove 3 hours to our location. With one hour to spare we were up and running and the night was saved...and my own personal nervous breakdown postponed! In all seriousness they gained a customer for life in that moment, they now handle 3 events a year for us and all of the staff I have dealt with models knowledge, speed and an exceptional level of excellence!

Avantages: AT gives a solution to every possible scenario you could need for your auction. The level of detail and methods to track everything up to, night of and afterwards in impressive, you will be thrilled with the reporting. We loved the migrating to the cloud based version, it gives everyone who needs it access to the software whenever needed!

Inconvénients: The software takes a quick minute to learn, it is a little counter intuitive when you start but no different than learning how you close a window on a Mac vs. how you close a window on PC!

"Fundraising Software"

Commentaires: The software has a central database so we can access all guests, sponsors and donors in future events. A web based option is available for our volunteers to assist in data entry. Love the packaging function when we need to combine items for the auction. On line Registration makes it easy to download reservations, sponsorships and donations. Lots of reports to choose from makes it easy to keep our committee up to date.

"Finally had to move on"

Commentaires: Auction Tracker was good while it lasted, i liked the ease of everything and how well it tracked. the reports it had available were always very helpful. After many years of using this program our company finally decided to move towards a site capable of online and mobile bidding.

Avantages: Lots of reports with tons of information. Very easy to use. Post event dashboard was helpful. Great at tracking guest information.

Inconvénients: we used a desktop version on a server for over 10 years and were told that there was just too much data to be able to make the information available for an online version. we did try the cloud based version for one year but it proved very difficult to use so we had to switch back.
