Best ever purchase for my business
Commentaires: Using the Amigo POS from Fed 2006 and being able to answer my employees if they had any concern about their hours. If any of the customers wanted copy of their check even after months or years. and lot more.
Easy to use. No need server training more than 10 to 15 minutes. One time expense. Free tech support.
Being able to update the software for free. Being able to change and update the menu. Capable of accessing any record from the first day you start using the Amigo POS. Plus lot more.
Inconvénients: I like everything about Amigo POS. There is I do not like about this POS.

Lot fo functionality, complicated, very poor user manual, extermely unprofessional technical support
Commentaires: We tried their latest version of the software, and ran in to some problems with the sql installation and contacted the technical support via online ticketing system. They got back to us the next day, not a fast turn around time when you are in trouble with the software at your shop, and said that this is only for tablets(not at all true). Things went south from that point on, and they actually emailed us that they are not going to help us with any installation issues. Don't waste your time or money, look for a good software with a decent technical support. Their technical support is a joke.

Very good pricing. No monthly fees. Tablet ordering. Good customer service. Setup easy for IT People
This is a good software for all kind off restaurants and specially pizza.
With the extra license for tablets you can run as much as you want for the order process.
If you understand basics of computers and have a good logic mind there are nearly no limits in customizing the software for your needs.
We have so far very good experience with the software itself and also with the customer support.
Amigo POS is running in our shop for 1,5 years now and it helped us a lot to improve our customer happiness.

I have found this software to be very easy to program. Plus training the end users to use the software and show them how to make changes on their own is easy. Chip Cards can be accepted through the software
and you can settle your tips at end of day, just like always.

Excellent, Easy to use POS system
Commentaires: We have installed this into 6 restaurants now, Its easy to use and the customer support is good too. Installation is very easy, menu setup is time consuming, as it is with most POS software, but once you get to grips with it, it is easy to use.

Very Poor Review
Commentaires: Couldn't use it because of non-stop connection errors. We downloaded the requirements and still didn't work.

Great Looking software. Very complicated setup, Extremly poor customer support
Commentaires: We installed this software which was founded by our client himself on internet. Installation went smoothly without any glitches, however when we tried to configure the system; we found it so poor and user unfriendly. Customer support does not exist and once you purchase you are completely on your own

Stay Away too many bugs
Commentaires: Software and tech support is rude I threw the software away system has tons of bugs there always changing it making it look nicer but it's slow and before making the changes fix the bugs

Totally Waste of money!!
Commentaires: This company has no idea about hospitality software. It is a bad and cheap copy of more expensive ones which unlike Amigos are actually functional
