Not a bad piece of Software, but customer service in the US is deplorable

Avantages :

How customization it can be, once you finally get it to run, it has a endless way of customizing and combining tools

Inconvénients :

they are based in New Zealand, they have US based team, but their customer service is really bad, and not reliable

Commentaires : My business purchased a package at some expense and we have never been able to utilise the system as sold; staff are challenged by its complexity and errors are easily made.
When addressing these issues with the supplier I was informed it was our fault and more training can be provided at additional costs; yet we manage to use MYOB, XERO and previously NETSUITE without any issues...

Avantages :

Nothing. It doesn’t provide any solution in the format and use we understood.

Inconvénients :

Time consuming clumsy and expensive. Frankly it causes more issues than it has fixed - I personally met with the owner at a trade show who simply failed to acknowledge the feedback... or offer a solution which didn’t incite more significant investment in a product we have no confidence in..,

We have struggled with this software for years. Poor customer service.

Avantages :

The software is very powerfull, with massive amounts of data and infomation. Is very realiable, It has not crashed once in 3 years.

Inconvénients :

The software is extremely cumbersome and complicated. It is not intuitive, it runs more like an old fashined database, no icons, no right click for options etc. Entering recipes is very complicated, it does not talk to Xero, and even generating a production report in the order you want is painfull. While the reporting is good when you can finally find it it is very difficult to find the reports you want, and if you take two different reports for the same thing (ie sales over a month) you get different amounts. I don't know whay this is as they have never explained it to me. Customer service is terrible (and we are in New Zealand!). It is that bad that we are actively looking for new software after a massive amount of financial investment and time.
