En savoir plus sur Stamps.com
Logiciel de gestion d'affranchissement en ligne qui vous permet d'imprimer des timbres approuvés par le service postal depuis votre ordinateur et votre imprimante.
The service I received from stamps.com was great, and it integrated well with the app I was using.
My only complaint is that stamps.com hasn't always been around. If I had known about it sooner, I would have wasted a lot less time in line at the Post Office.

Avantages :
Ease infuse, convenience...not having to go to the post office
Inconvénients :
Nothing really. I like it a lot and am considering reinstating my account
A Postage/Shipping Must-Have
Commentaires : My overall experience has been stellar and I have zero complaints. To anyone who handles postage and shipping on a regular basis- you need this, trust me.
Avantages :
I don't have to make trips to the post office anymore! I can do it all right from my desk.
Inconvénients :
I can think of anything that was a bother about using this website. It's super convenient.
Discount vs. Cost of Supplies is a Very Thin Margin
Commentaires : For all of our daily postage needs the software is helpful. While the discount is good, the supplies needed for special services (labels for Certified, Register, and Certified Return receipt are costly. Problems with printing those labels creates waste and if I don't save the data in PDF form, I am forced to requests refunds. I have had difficulty trying to get a support person to tell me why certain labels are not printing on the labels.
Avantages :
The discount on postage is a saving grace. It is convenient because we do not need to go to the USPS to send out extra service shipments.
Inconvénients :
I've had difficulty (still do) getting an answer about price increases and what affect they have on my already printed postage. I tried support and they said that was a question for the post office and the post office said they couldn't tell me - primarily because they aren't individually knowledgable about the software.
User Friendly and Convenient
Avantages :
I like how convenient stamps.com is. I can print my postage so much fast at home than driving to the post office, waiting in line and then driving back.
Inconvénients :
I haven’t had any negative experiences with stamps.com.
Poor Customer Service
Commentaires : I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years. I lost my password and haven’t been able to reach customer service to resolve the issue. Their system “sends” a temporary password that is never received and the toll free number is not reachable from Puerto Rico.
Avantages :
Their online platform is easy to use, as is the desktop app. Funding for postage is easy and fast.
Inconvénients :
The inability of a stamps.com customer living in a U.S. territory to reach customer service by phone is unconscionable. Their password recovery procedure doesn’t work.
Great for our medium-sized office
Commentaires : Very good. (PLEASE only use: Jan D. if you post this review online. Thank you!)
Avantages :
Stamps.com makes it easy to send letters and packages. We are thankful for the program.
Inconvénients :
We have had some issues sending documents to Europe. And, the customs sheet for shipping to Canada and other countries is not real reliable; sometimes, I have to fill it out three times to get it to work. After that, we end up just taking the package to the post office. The past month, there have been some glitches that affected the program; thankfully, they were fixed.
If you need to mail things, save a trip to the Post and use Stamps.com
Commentaires : Very good service for over 20 years. Recommended.
Avantages :
Since I first started using stamps.com, in the late 90s, it has been my go-to for printing my labels/mailers for mailing packages. Never any issues, easy to use, and reliable.
Inconvénients :
I do not have any issues with stamps.com, it works as promised.
Easy to use and ship
Avantages :
I like the easy process of shipping from my home and having shipped with the regular mail.
Inconvénients :
It’s not advertised enough and doesn’t get the credit it deserves.
Excellent!
Commentaires : I send out products and mailers every month to my members and I'm so glad to have stamps.com
Avantages :
The ease of use and ability to quickly print stamps and labels as well as add funds to my account instantly
Inconvénients :
That I can't find or buy some of the stamps or labels I used when I first started with stamps.com - or that my local office supply story doesn't carry them.
Mailing became easier
Avantages :
We use stamps.com almost every month! As a pharmacy we have the ability to mail out up towards 300-400 mailings throughout each month so we use stamps.com mostly to get our discount on mailers and stamps! Definitely is better than buying and shipping through other companies
Inconvénients :
It does take a little longer in shipping if you dont pay for it
Stamps.com makes postage & mailing a breeze
Avantages :
The best feature stamps.com and most obvious is that you are never without stamps in the office! I like being able to print off postage when I need it without a trip to the post office. It is also great to be able to print postage for larger envelopes as long as you have a scale to weigh them. Before stamps.com, I would normally have to take larger envelopes to the post office, wait in line and then have it weighed and pay there for the postage. Stamps.com has eliminated all of the waiting in long lines at the post office!
Inconvénients :
In the beginning with using the software, it was difficult sometimes to get the page lined up correctly for printing. I quickly learned to do the test print to be sure that everything would align with the postage sheet.
Stamps.com convenient and reliable
Avantages :
Immediately able to print stamps and mail information quickly.
Inconvénients :
When you make a printing error. You have to mail in the error and it is usually not worth cost wise to mail it.
Stamps.com helps me get things done.
Avantages :
Gone are the days where you have to leave the comfort of your own home or office to ship packages or letters. This beats the long lines especially when you only have a short lunch break to get things done, or even during the busy holidays.
Inconvénients :
I have not experienced any cons at the time being.
Mary
Avantages :
It was simple to use once I figured it out
Inconvénients :
It was difficult to figure out how to get the postage to print properly on the envelope
Stamps.com review
Avantages :
Overall Stamps.com is a great company to work with. The united States postal is good company that delivers mail and packages for it customer for years.
Inconvénients :
It just a great company to with and the software makes it easier for small and large business owners. It convenience for everyone to use.
Great Alternative to Post Office
Avantages :
I love the ability to take care of my shipping needs online and skip the post office! Tends to be cheaper than the USPS.
Inconvénients :
No cons to report, I have loved using the website
Stamps.com saves you a trip to the post office One stop postage and shipping.
Commentaires : I've greatly appreciated the ease of using Stamps.com with other software, as well as the ability to print postage quickly and easily from the app itself.
Avantages :
I love the ability to print labels and a page of stamps for later use. I love that Stamps.com integrates with our software so postage can be automatically added to a printed envelope for mailing. I also love that you can have postage refunded through the app if it is printed improperly.
Inconvénients :
The integration of Stamps.com and TrialWorks was an easy process. You have the ability to turn it on with a checkbox in the TrialWorks software. We have also implemented an integration with our new software, Neos.
easy
Avantages :
I didn't have to go the post office as often and stand in line.
Inconvénients :
No comment for this part of questioning
Stamps.com – look elsewhere
Commentaires : Pretty disappointing. At least I found a postage/shipping solution that I like much better (Shippo.com), with the only downside being that I have to weigh by hand and manually input that information.
Avantages :
The interface for entering mailpiece data, calculating postage and printing labels is fairly straightforward.
Inconvénients :
The free postage scale offered as an incentive for signing up simply did not work. It's low-profile and attractive, but it never settles on a final reading; I tested it with many different objects, all within its specified weight range.
It's more expensive than 3rd party shipping apps!!
Avantages :
I don't love this app. It does work and is functional, but is pricier than the 3rd party shipping apps.
Inconvénients :
You would think you could save $$ on shipping by buying the postage direct from USPS, but no, it's more expensive. So we usually just order a pick-up of our packages from this app.
Why I used to love Stamps.com
Commentaires : If I was getting good technical service support and getting questions answered and not having to many snafus I would say my overall experience would be good. However because of the last two days of not being able to do business the way I'm used to I would say because of technical support I have a poor experience. I have people in Poland waiting for care packages to come in and other places around the world like South Korea Bahrain Kuwait some undisclosed areas Iraq Syria and I can't I'd have to keep my production up because these deserving service members are waiting for support from the USA. IHONOUSA.com has been shipping care packages to troops since 2012
Avantages :
I started using Stamps.com because I used to stand in line at the post office and would see people walking past me and put their packages down on the counter and leave. So one day I ask someone how do you put your packages up and walk out. And they told me Stamps.com. So because I make frequent trips to the post office this was intriguing to me. So I looked up the service and decided that this was something of a innovation innovation moment for buyer nonprofit organization shipping care packages to troops. It will save me a lot of time standing in line at the post office. And then I started having them pick the care packages up at the door of my home which was even more time saving. As far as the software is concerned it was easy to learn easy to use and I was very thankful to have this addition to my process.
Inconvénients :
Over the years I've had pretty good success with Stamps.com my only issue with this company is their customer service really sucks. And it seems to be getting worse as time goes on. I recently had an issue with Stamps.com not recognizing APO addresses that I was shipping to because they didn't have the last four digits. Well I wanted to find out because most of the APO addresses that I shipped you don't always have the addition of four digits. So after spending 2 1/2 hours on and off the phone with stamps.com tier 1 technical support who didn't know anything and then they switched me to tier 2 in about an hour and a half and even though the guy worked with me to try to figure out or troubleshoot the issue we realized it still is not gonna work. But they would not tell me why or what was different than the three or four years prior that I was using this service.
Old Software But Saves Us Lots Of Money
Commentaires : We've used Stamps.com for 15 years. One one hand it's outdated, on the other it does the job and saves us on shipping. The deal that they offer us on UPS shipping, alone, saves us a ton of money.
Avantages :
Stamps.com has some great benefits. It offers a number of shipping options - for us the important ones are USPS, which we use for over half of our shipments, and UPS, which is about 40% of our shipments. Being able to see which service is cheaper, all in one place at one time really saves us over $1000 a month. They have negotiated great prices with UPS that we couldn't get on our own. Their address correction isn't perfect but it catches a number of mistakes. You just need to see if their correction makes sense - especially when the customer uses non-standard addressing for apartment or unit numbers.
Inconvénients :
We have to cut and paste addresses. We are looking forward to updating our site and using software that will auto fill addresses and save us time. Stamps.com is trying to get us to use ShipStation but until we also change out cart that won't save us any work.
Stamps.com Review
Commentaires : This was a very easy program to get initiated. Once you have your printer set up, and a scale, everything is a breeze. Customer service can be hard to get ahold up latter on in the day, but that is expected. Although, they do answer rather quickly in the morning. Very good program, I would recommend to any home office or any office for that matter.
Avantages :
What I like most about this software is that all of your post office needs can be taken care of from the comfort of your own home/office/etc., without having to go all the way to the post office. We are a law office, so we are constantly mailing items out. This program allows you to print directly on your envelope with your own logo, and really makes things look professional.
Inconvénients :
The most difficult part was getting the program set up with our printer, but all in all it was not that hard. Another process that took me a while to figure out was the international mailing. They could have made the format a little easier, but still not that hard to figure out.
A well-known shipping service, but there are better options out there
Commentaires : On a basic level, Stamps.com delivers on the promise to let you generate shipping label from home quickly, but I was disappointed to discover the subscription fee. I also found it difficult to cancel duplicate labels. I feel like the company did a good job getting its name out there, but the service itself needs some improvements.
Avantages :
If you listen to any podcast, odds are that you heard of Stamps.com. The company certainly did a media blitz that convinced me to try shipping through a website. At first, I liked the convenience of shipping through a site. All you needed is a scale and a credit card and you were on your way. Stamps.com also gives new users free credit after the first shipment and I liked that.
Inconvénients :
I had no idea there were subscription fees until Stamps.com charged me 50 bucks out of the blue. Cancelling the service wasn’t easy and removing my credit card required an email to customer service. The whole thing felt predatory if I’m honest. I was incredibly disappointed in my experience.
