It's also great seeing our revenue flow directly into our bank account on a daily basis instead of being held in escrow somewhere. Very good technical support.
The back-end interface is confusing, and could use a real examination and streamlining. You can't always get to what you need, and I never feel like I know the exact steps to find something.

Very easy to use, powerful tool with excellent support
Commentaires : We decided to switch to SimpleTix after a bad experience with another provider. We just had our opening weekend of a show using SimpleTix and everything worked very well indeed!
Avantages :
Very easy to set up by non-technical staff. Platform does everything we need as a performing arts organization. Square integration awesome. It's also great seeing our revenue flow directly into our bank account on a daily basis instead of being held in escrow somewhere! Very good technical support.
Inconvénients :
User interface for ticket purchasers sometimes confusing - especially widget with limited real estate. Would like more comprehensive library of support topics. Would like better tech support over weekends (this is being improved as of Feb 2023, according to SimpleTix team)
A Compelling Ticketing Solution
Commentaires : We use SimpleTix to offer reserved seating at multiple venues, for events up to 1,000 people. Of all the platforms we’ve used, SimpleTix is the best. It’s a great experience for guests, and has cut down on accidental overbooking which was an issue on other platforms. Because our events are free, guests sometimes didn’t notice they had overbooked.
Avantages :
SimpleTix enables our organization to offer reserved seating for large events with ease
Inconvénients :
Reporting could be improved to offer more helpful charts. Additionally, I'd like to see a way to be notified via email or webhook/Zapier of cancelled orders.
Does not work for events that have multiple event times and locations
Commentaires : I was skeptical about it working for our festival, but the support team assured me it would and even set it up for us after I gave them all the necessary information. But when registrations started coming in and I couldn't get reports that I needed and event tickets listed one location and time for all events. Then team told me I had to set it up differently, so I spent 3 hrs doing it. During test runs after finishing I realized people could not purchase admission and a banquet ticket and a bus trip ticket without checking out 3 times...once for each ticket. This seems so basic, yet is not possible. I wouldn't have been upset if they had told me at the start it wouldn't meet my needs, but I was told it would by 2 people. Then when it was apparent it wouldn't work it took over 2 business days for them to let me know. Currently, I have some registrations in Simpletix that I will have to manually put into a new registration system once I figure out what that will be, and we have customers upset they can't register. Do not use this system for festivals or other events that have separate events within them with different dated or times.
Avantages :
Many options You can add your own graphics Option to scan pre-purchased tickets at the door
Inconvénients :
-It couldn't work for our festival, as we have multiple events at different times, like 3 bus trips and a banquet. -2 different support staff told me it would work, and in the end, it did not

We worked with this client, gathered the ticket price details, and put together the event page very early on. Then after going live we learned that each of the ticket prices were for totally different events at different locations and different times. If we knew this up front we should have suggested going another route. While it's still quite simple, we just needed to know that in the beginning. SimpleTix is a great solution for festivals and conferences.

Commentaires : I very much enjoyed SimpleTix and am looking forward to our next event. All aspects of the service went without a hitch, and their Customer Service agents are such a delight. Every attendee and member of the event teams have had great experiences with our events, thanks to Simple Tix.
Avantages :
SimpleTix integrates with all our favorite tools and software. With Zoom to make remote planning sessions easy, with Stripe for safe and secure payment processing, and with Salesforce to easily coordinate our events with other associated project activities.
Inconvénients :
I have no complains from my experience with SimpleTix. And all my team members enjoyed using it as well.

Commentaires : The integration of the online ticketing system with my Square account. Also, I struggled to properly set up and manage online tickets.
Avantages :
The ease of use of their system. Coming from another ticketing system, this has been easy to learn, understand and set-up!
Inconvénients :
So far, nothing! All features have been there that I need and the customer support has been phenomenal!

Commentaires : After a thorough review of multiple timed ticketing platforms, it was an easy decision for us to move forward with SimpleTix. The software met all of the requirements we were looking for and our customer experience rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], went above and beyond in making sure it was the right fit and that we were completely comfortable with the software.
Avantages :
The SimpleTix management interface is user-friendly and offers customization options flexible enough to meet the specific needs, but simple enough that content changes can be easily made in-house. Additionally, the interface offers great front-end customization options so that the customer experience on the website is seamless with the ticketing system experience. SimpleTix doesn’t require a fee for individual reservations compared to some of the enterprise solutions explored.
Inconvénients :
SimpleTix doesn't offer a built-in CRM with their platform, however, that's how they're able to keep the cost low. This actually worked out well for us since we were able to integrate a separate CRM via Zapier and save money.

Commentaires : Overall they have been very good! We had one hiccup with adding seats to an active box office that messed up already-sold tickets. We figured it out, and I know how to do it better next time. We have loved selling specific seats to all of our performances, which is integrated with our Square site easily.
Avantages :
SimpleTix makes selling tickets to the school's fine arts programs very easy. We love we can add seating charts and allow consumers to pick and purchase the seats they want.
Inconvénients :
Setting up the seating chart took a little time to figure out. Also, there is not really an easy way to add seats to an active box office.
An Incredible and Fantabulistic Event Management and Ticketing software.
Avantages :
It is simple to register upcoming events with SimpleTix.It is simple to sell tickets with SimpleTix since it's a great Ticketing software.Again,I can easily create and manage events with SimpleTix.
Inconvénients :
I lack anything in particular to dislike about SimpleTix.

Fabulous Ticketing Software
Avantages :
SimpleTix handles every aspect of ticketing for our classes - from initial sales and roster creation to allergy alerts and easy communication with our guests. And much of it is automated - leaving time for us to focus on other things.
Inconvénients :
The only thing that would make our experience any better would be how our guests redeem gift cards. That we still need to do manually.

Great experience, particularly with customer support
Commentaires : Our small company can sell tickets to an event with very low fees (much less than what I found from sites like eventbrite).
Avantages :
It's relatively easy to use, but more importantly, when I had an issue I received a solution from tech support in an hour. The customer rep was incredibly helpful.
Inconvénients :
It may take a little time to figure out some of the bells and whistles, but really the software is pretty easy to use.

3rd year of using SimpleTix for a fund-raising event and wouldn't think of going elsewhere.
Avantages :
Software is easy to use and any questions/issues have been answered quickly/efficiently by the support staff. 1st year set-up required quite a bit of help to tailor our needs and help us understand how to make the most of the product. The support staff was great with this process. The 2nd and now 3rd year have been seamless. We were able to add a feature this year to allow contributors to make donations in addition to purchasing tickets for the fund-raising event, which should greatly increase our total contributions.
Inconvénients :
1st year took a little getting used to, but could be my lack of technical skills. Once things were explained by the support staff, found the software easy to use and navigate between the administrator/set-up functions and our website.

A quick an easy solution
Commentaires : So glad we found this program. It integrates very easily with Square which we already use. Setup and management are very easy.
Avantages :
This was so easy to set up! The customer support we received from the beginning was incredible. In our demo, not only did they show us around the program but the also helped us set up our first event! And, it is very easy to manage. Grateful to find this solution.
Inconvénients :
There are some limits to the reporting features that are a little frustrating, but for the cost, we can figure out the work around we need.

Avantages :
SimpleTix allows us, as a small one time a year event, to have online registration we can afford! We were able to customize our forms to look great and interface with Square for credit card sales. The software lets you make all the decisions and the support staff has been amazing when I got stuck. They respond super fast and are full of great ideas!
Inconvénients :
The learning curve for settings took longer than I expected. There are a few areas that seem to overlap and that required some duplication of work. There were things I just didn't realize from a surface look that were easy once support staff pointed me in the right direction. Perhaps an FAQ or settings overview document would help.

Amazing Customer Service
Commentaires : When planning classes/events out of town, it's nice to know that the head count is set so I can order product and have it drop shipped based on the online registrations I've received with SimpleTix.
Avantages :
This software is extremely easy to use with the ability to customize many of the features. If you get into a bind, their customer service and response time is out of this world! That means a lot to me as a client.
Inconvénients :
I haven't found anything that I don't like. I have a small business with some needs that may not be something that there is a function for, but something tells me that these guys will help me figure out how to make what I need happen.

This system has saved me hours of my time and put a few dollars back in my pocket. I get quick updates on ticket sales, attendance rates, and can send updates out quickly; managing entrance at my events has become simple now that i am using SimpleTix with the ability to have a printed out sheet with payers or with their ability to show me the ticket via smart phone.
I have called a few times with questions on set up and features and received immediate and accurate customer service!

Commentaires : We've been using Simpletix for quite some time now. We have performances and ticket buyers all over Europe, which can make things complicated at times. For instance, we found out the Dutch don't like paying by Paypal nor credit card. Together with Simpletix we found out how to implement iDeal (a payment gateway mostly used by the Dutch) and got it to work within a couple of days. It took a lot of hours of work for Simpletix, so I'm very grateful Aron and his team were so patient and willing to help any hour of the day. Definitely recommended!
Great Customer Service
Commentaires : I am using this for High School athletic events. This is totally new to me and I am not a professional, just a volunteer at our local High School. We needed a way to sell season tickets to our members in advance and make sure each ticket is only used once per event. Aron was quick to set up a system for me and he has been quick to respond when I needed help. My customers were extremely happy with the speed of scanning tickets. I would highly recommend this even to small non profits.

Inconvénients :
Printing... I need to print QR codes on address labels. I have not figured that out yet but I think it can be done with mail merge in Excel.

Commentaires : I was pleasantly surprised when I came across SimpleTix early 2015 and my experience has only improved since then. Unique features like Survey Questions have saved me a ton of time and really streamlined my administration processes. The customer service is fast, friendly and very effective. The website is continually improving and I look forward to future updates and features.

We have been using Simpletix for about 4 years now and we could not live without it.
Commentaires : We are using Simpletix for selling tickets to our shows, concerts and events. With about 20 000 sold tickets a year we are very satisfied with the system. After some adjustments it also works great with Norwegian language and Norwegian currency.
