Easy to Use
Avantages: Easy way to keep information digital for auditing purposes. Easy way for both vendor and customer to sign in and communicate documents, signature, and payments.
Inconvénients: Search Feature. I wish I could default search to search all months all years for all files (perhaps save this search to a favorite) rather than have to select each time.

Easy, secure way to receive payments
Commentaires: This is a great platform for vendors/ customers to share information and a secure place to hold payment information.
Avantages: The website is easy to navigate and nice place to store/ share documents
Inconvénients: No option to pre-authorize credit cards/ hold payments

Easy and effective
Commentaires: Sertifi confuses a few clients, but most love it and the average period between sending a contract and getting it signed has shortened as a result.
Avantages: Intuitive and takes only a short period of use to feel comfortable with, at least at a basic user level.
Inconvénients: Only one concern which may be an admin setting that can be changed. Expired docs can only be unexpired for 24 hours (it seems) which isn't long enough.

Commentaires: We use Sertifi ( www.sertifi.com ) for sending our contracts for insurance agreements. It has been fantastic - cannot imagine doing business without esignatures.
Avantages: Easy to use and low cost

Easily gets online signups SIGNED
Avantages: Quickly send out a link to documents that need to be signed, customers can finish in minutes and voila! It's done!
Inconvénients: Often seems to require matching signatures on different fields. Doesn't need to be that way for separate billing and waiver fields (i.e. someone paying for someone else's membership, race fee, etc). Solution is to send separate documents, but that's more to keep track of...
