The right balance between intuitive and powerful
Avantages: The query capability for standard/scheduled email reviews as well as the ability to perform specific searches to review messages from an individual or a keyword is very helpful.
Inconvénients: When acting as both an administrator and user, the functional organization can be a bit confusing, but its workable.
